Dedham Savings Elm St, Dedham

I have been a customer of Dedham Savings for quite a while now and have NEVER had a bad experience. The tellers are always pleasant and efficient, and when an issue arises where I have to speak with an officer, they are unfailingly friendly and helpful and have never made me feel as though I was causing a problem or taking up their time unreasonably. They are always willing to take as long as necessary to answer my questions or help resolve my issues. Although Dedham Savings is a local bank, their accounts and services are at least equal to, if not better, than any of the larger banks in the area, so I am always happy to depend on Dedham Savings for all my banking and financial needs.

Great customer service finally started doing business with them after all the great things family and friends said about them . They were 100% right and glad I did !

I came into the bank the other day and was helped by the young man George Tannous , he was outstanding. He really made my day with how nice and helpful he was. I would highly recommend him in the future!

For a somewhat small town bank, Dedham Savings does indeed seem to offer every banking perk one could require. The staff is polite and helpful almost to a fault. Problems are solved with speed and professionalism.

I was helped by a Taylor recently. She is a kind soul and was incredibly skilled at what she does. She made my time at Dedham savings a truly wonderful experience!

Always negative experience. Always negative response. Always long waiting..... I felt belittled.... Dedham Savings negative response ( and you should see how they all gave judgmental look..... :( ... sad.... very sad...) Well, I went to Bank of America and I was very welcomed there, got approved for the loan quick and easy!!!

Drive thru is busy most of the time. The wait is not usually too long. Tellers are always polite and professional!
