Please be aware, this is NOT a DEBT CONSOLIDATION program. I really wished I read the reviews before signing up for this program. Debt Blue waits for your accounts to become delinquent and into collections before settling with the creditors. This is the most annoying thing. They wait until there’s enough money in your “bank” before even settling any of your accounts. Please run away if you can and find a debt consolidation program that will connect with your creditors early on before your accounts are delinquent. I really wished I did not commit to this program. Awful!!

Thanks to debt blue, for helping me consolidate my debt. It is scary not knowing what to do who to trust. Now after some time and the phone has almost completely stopped ringing I can share my experience. After after losing my reputation, career and livelihood my anxiety was through the roof. I worried how will I pay my way, my debt, will I work again. Debt Blue, provided assistance to significantly reduce my debt and worries, so I can focus on rebuilding my reputation and seek a suitable work environment.

I read a lot of negative reviews on Debt Blue. However, I was taught to form my own opinion after hearing someone else's. Therefore, my experience has been a positive one up to now. The representatives contact me both by email and text only to ask if I have any concerns while going through the settlement process. Kind, considerate, and professional is how I describe Debt Blue's customer service.

They sent me 2 letters to call back for settling credit card debt. Then a few weeks ago, they sent an agent to my house. I was reluctant to answer and HE offered to come in to my house. I declined because I didn't feel safe to let him in, even with not clearly saying what company he works for. I received a letter on 4/1 regarding a "second notice" to settle. I have worked around to work on my credit without using a company that keeps insisting on using my money. Very small on the letter it says the company name. I will not be doing business with a company that does not introduces themselves upfront and during a pandemic sending people to my house!!

DebtBlue is a professional program that I can proudly say have helped me rebuild my credit and credit scores. DebtBlue has also helped me regain confidence when applying for credit with many creditors. I would recommend DebtBlue to anyone who is serious about getting their credit back on track.

First off I would like to say I NEVER leave negative reviews for anyone. The fact that I even am taking the time to do this is because I am so disgusted, infuriated, frustrated and fed up with Debt blue. The customer service is HORRIFIC. Ive been yelled at, hung up on, ignored and told ten different things on multiple occasions. I literally cancelled because no one was willing to help or answer my questions. Ive been paying and my money was all going to "FEES" when I was told it was going to my credit card companies. After I finally cancelled they still took a $413 dollar payment from me which was NOT authorized. I had to call ten different times to get some answers. Finally Cynthia told me I would be getting the money wired back to my account by Monday no worries. It's now Thursday and still no money. I called and the lady who picked up was extremely unprofessional telling me Cynthia cant speak and she kept telling me the opposite of what Cynthia said.. then proceeded to hang up on me. Yes I am livid and frustrated so I started yelling because this company is a nightmare and I waste time calling twice a week because no one knows what they are talking about. Ive wasted so much time, money and energy. Ive already switched to a credit repair company who has made my credit jump 4 points quickly and been much more helpful and has not took a dime from me. I am concerned that this company is fraudulent. I would advise you to switch if you are having these problems and don't make the same mistake I did. The worst feeling is having your money taken and not going to anything especially when you are trying to catch up and do the right things. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

Debt Blue has helped me tremendously! They took over all of my debt and helped me settle my accounts and made all of the harassing phone calls stop at a very difficult time for my family. Always friendly courteous staff. I appreciate everything they have done for me.

I did leave a bad review. I can't say that I'm pleased with the 2 people that pushed me to do so.. HOWEVER I had a VERY nice lady named Renee call me from Debt Blue to go over the incidents that occurred and the stuff that I was clueless about from the start of the program and she ended up, not only helping me with the matter at hand, but spoke to me so politely and went over so many avenues/ options to help me in the future. I do plan to try again in time and I'll only communicate with Renee to do so in the future. I can't say how much I appreciate the time and the understanding that she put forth with me. She didn't have to, but she made sure she did. Thank you Renee for taking all that time to help me.

They sent me a letter about debt I didn't have. I called to find out what the mixup was. I told them I didn't have any debt and credit score over 800. He told me that was a low credit score. Dumb people working for them. Sounds like a scam if they aren't more knowledgeable than that. He also wanted to pull my credit score to clear up the confusion.

Early on in this program I had my doubts, but as time went on and I became more familiar with the protocol of this program I started feeling like I made the right decision to handle things before they got worse. When the first negotiation was accepted I was ecstatic. Im glad Im with Debtblue and I feel I made the right decision.
