I first met Deborah while I was looking for a property to rent in the Philadelphia area. Deborah was super nice and professional during our conversations prior to meeting at the property. Once we finally met at the property, Deborah was gracious enough to give us all the details (good and bad) about the property, let us take our time exploring the property, and just being an all around easy person to interact with. Though I wind up not moving forward with that property, my interaction with Deborah left a positive impression on me and when she emailed about other real estate opportunities I was quick to follow up with her.
