Debbie is awesome. As a small business owner-I understand that dealing with schedule C's and business income-what is a business expense vs personal expense-is a bit more work and a bit more complex than qualifying a straight W-2 client for a loan. Debbie really knows what she is doing-provides different options-and gives very detailed and specific feedback on what can be done-when there is an issue in an application. I HIGHLY recommend Debbie-I would give her 100 stars if I could.
