This team is really on top of it and I feel like they actually want to help, which is a great feeling as a customer. I really appreciated that Neha called me to let me know that it was my last opportunity to submit my odometer reading in order to continue receiving a policy discount. I was so busy with work I would've forgotten if not for her call. She also helped me set up a new policy on a new vehicle -- she made it so easy!

I’ve been with State Farm for a few years now. They really came to a rescue when PEMCO all of a sudden decided to increase my rates almost two fold. They offered a sensible rate , when my daughter got her her driver license and we added her to our insurance , they didn’t jack up the rate either. They are always extremely nice, courteous and polite. Recently, Karmen called me to make sure I was happy with my coverage and helped me with some new information that I needed . Couldn’t be more happy with their service!

Neha Tamrez was a great help to me. Level of professionalism is fantastic, got all my questions answered and not only that she helped me add another car to my insurance which is amazing to have, she was super helpful and the deals she offered were too hard to pass up on. I really like this place, all staff are great, friendly, and helpful. Makes me feel great and welcome every time I need help, whether if it is through phone, or in person.

I was contacted by Deanna with a quote that could save me some money on car insurance and Deanna was very patient with me and my many questions lol. I was with GEICO insurance for close to 10 years and I thought they were the best price but Deanna proved me wrong. She looked in to my records and gave me a great rate. I haven’t been able to get my car insurance below $200 for about 5 years and State Farm was able to do that for me.
