Not much good ambience. Sales and Service both are together at one place and it looks too crowded. You won’t get much space to sit. Overcrowded place to be. Noises from sales. Also, when I came for A1 Maintenance I believed that includes both under Oil Change to which I showed them their coupon and while booking the appointment lady said sir you need to be here for Getting it honored but later I am getting charged separately for Oil change and for rotation. No worries, you can decide where you want to go.

Save your money and don’t go here. They dont know how to fix Honda car and if you show problems on fixes done by them in that case they will ask more money again for same parts which they have replaced. Poor Quality checks. No warranty on anything. Rip off. They just know how to change oil / filter and don’t care about loyal customers. I wish I could give them zero star. Don’t get fooled by them.

NEVER AGAIN!! Took my car in because it was making a noise. The service advisor was literally on his phone ordering a pair of tennis shoes while I was talking to him. They told me they would call me back once they could get my car in, 2 weeks went by before someone called and said they MAY be able to get my vehicle in that week. Will not be back.

Quick turnover time in getting repairs done! Clear communication. Quick in calling you to let you know what the findings are. Love that pictures were included in the report and that the report was easily accessible from my email or texts! Lucio was very nice and professional and kept us updated every step of the way. He also went out of his way to call our warranty company to see if the repairs were covered.

Super slow. I brought my car in for a patch on the tire. The person told me about 1 hour. It going on 2 hours and 30 minutes. No one has given me any updates.

I hate to give negative comments so I will start at the best part of my experience with service. Excellent greeting upon arrival with appointment-no wait. One exemplary service advisor, Lucio Luna . Very professional and I don't hesitate to recommend him for your needs. Downside: be cautious about leaving a vehicle over the weekend. I actually received a dent on my Accord with a deep scratch that was not there when I dropped it off and got the loaner. Nor did manager do anything to remedy the situation. Suggested I contact my insurance! Less than 3000mi. on my vehicle and estimate for repair was$1219.00. Still , there are some good people in there and work was completed promptly and correctly. Just be aware of the condition of your vehicle and inspect it before you leave so there is no question of responsibility should something happen.

The service is pathetic. They scheduled me to come for a service and couldn’t check me in reasoning they are so much backed up with many cars in line for service and wanted me to leave my car for 3 days at the service center to perform the diagnosis. This has happened for the straight 3rd time with the same reason. They should have communicated this at the time of appointment schedule so that we plan accordingly. Instead they just want you come all the way to service center. Make you wait and tell this reason. I reached out to manager out there with this issue and he is seems to be least bothered. I don’t recommend service from this place.

Even though I did not buy, I had a very pleasant experience. Jeremy & his manager, Garret, were very helpful and honest. They didn't pressurize me at all. I would definitely recommend shopping for a car here.

Jesse Hernandez took great care of me on 9/15. I opted to stay and wait for my routine service and oil change and he checked in with me as well as called me the next day! Honda of Irving has been servicing my car for 5 years with excellent service. I took my 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback Touring to get the radar programmed. The radar itself cost me $600 and they charged me $600 to program, after 2 failed attempts they told me it couldn’t be done and Lucio at the location told I would be refunded the $600 for the programming. I said ok, a few months later no refund, called multiple times and nothing, just promises that they would check and call me back and nothing. Finally, I stopped by when I was picking up some parts and I was directed to the Manager Josh. By the way, Josh never got off his phone during our entire conversation, he continued to text and read! He told me there would be no refund that the person who told me I would be refunded the money had no authority to tell me that and that it was his call. When I asked him why since they were unable to fix the issue, he simply said “did we work on your car?” in a very smug fashion. To make a long story short,this is not the proper way to do business and I told him that it was an S way to do business. I would of been ok with paying part of the bill since I understand there is labor cost, but not all of it if they could not resolve the issue. I’m sure Josh is a great guy to have a beer with, but at work David McDavid he’s not a good representative of good customer service!!
