Bobby and Service Manager Jennifer are fantastic. However, David McDavid's part service is horrible. They fixed the buzz sound on the odometer dashboard and fixed the driver-side sun visor after 4th visit! I had to call the service part department to verify the availability of the sun visor before heading there. I was talking with Sarah but she hung out the phone when I am asking I am trying to learn the availability of the part. She was telling me how I know part is there!!! Bobby placed the part on Saturday. Then, he gave me an appointment for 8:15 am on Tuesday. The part did not arrive till 10 am and they told me if I can do it, I can come afternoon why I was trying to verify the availability of the sun visor. Long story short, Jennifer listened to me and fixed the issue with Sarah. Bobby had awesome customer service and advice about the car. I will return to this place because when I am talking they are listening to me as a customer. BTW, their snacks are exceptional. :)

Thank you, Rich Starr! I had such a great experience at David McDavid Acura. Rich was very attentive to my need, as I was dealing with a warranty repair on my driver seat. He was quick to act and diagnose the issue, and ordered the part. Little did I know it, but Rich is the Service Director at Acura, but he was not at all flaunting, or haughty about his position. Rather, he gave world class service, and I would recommend him to anyone.

When your brand new car breaks (because both my new Acuras have), don't expect good service. And they won't give you a loaner either, they'll just leave you to Uber home.

It’s usually pretty slow service (roughly 2-3 hours worth of wait time), but I’ve never had a bad experience at Acura! The advisors are always kind and for the most part, honest. They also provide a free car wash by hand and vacuum the interior.

Salesman SOLTERO NAPOLES was very helpful when I came to this dealership. He is very professional, helpful, calm and full of knowledge about their units. If you are planning to buy a car, new or used ask for Mr. SOLTERO NAPOLES he will assist you the best he could.

4.5 hour wait for an AC check with an appointment is kind of too long
