Not open. Web site says it is. Bahhhh!

We used this credit union because the place we bought our boat said it was best. We have had more trouble with there online banking and they messed up on when we paid boat off. When called about title they found there mistake and promised me title would go out that day. Well called back 5 days later to see why had no recurve title and this time said it was not mailed until 4 days later. Plus was told they would close the savings account and mail Check but and as there service goes it was not done till today. Would not recommend them.

I sold my 72 year old mother's car to one of their "members" and they made me driver her 1.5 hours to DuhCU so they could get a copy of her driver's license and sign a power of attorney even though the state of Texas does not require it; it is DuhCU's "policy". Then, to add scam to injury, they would only pay us with a Cashier's Check and turned around and charged us $20 to cash it!!!! You will regret doing business with DuhCU.

Always super friendly and super eager to help with any task you give them. If they don't know the answer or way to do something, they will find someone who does.
