DAS Appraisals W Pleasantview Ave, Hackensack

This girl was the worst and so unprofessional. She was in my house maybe 5 minutes and everything was appraised incorrectly. Our house was a raised ranch and listed as a cape, we had a roof that wasn't even a year old and she listed it as average condition, our basement was a full finished basement and it was listed as a half finished basement and for the icing on the cake she listed our house as vinyl siding and it was completely all brick. I myself would never recommend her or use her if your in need of a appraiser. Last but not least she uses comps from the area but when you have a CUSTOM BUILT all brick home that is not like the other houses in the area you need to use your brain which i think she left home that day. SHE IS THE WORST

The bank sent her to my property for a new construction loan based off the lot, plans and specs. I was able to get the loan so that worked out great for me. I requested a copy of the appraisal report and she told me to contact the bank.

She did an appraisal for my Mom’s estate. She was nice and professional.

Professional. She delivered the appraisal report when she said she would and that helped me a lot since it was a rush order.

The appraiser was prompt and professional. That helped speed up my loan process.
