I scheduled an oil change and arrived for it slightly early. My car sat in the arrival bay 30 minutes past my appointment time before it was moved to the back for service. If I had been a walk in customer, this would have been absolutely fine. However, when I schedule an appointment I expect service to start within ten minutes of that time. When the service was finished, THE EMPLOYEES LEFT MY CAR UNATTENDED IN THE PARKING LOT WITH THE KEYS IN IT! This area of town has a large number of panhandlers. They hang out immediately across the street, in the Wal Mart parking lot. You're basically setting me up to get my car stolen. Most places give the keys to the billing clerk, and you get them back when you pay for your service.

Purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger. I'll be making all my vehicle purchases here going forward. Michelle Jenison and the staff went out of their way to make sure I got everything I was looking for and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Awesome sales and service, couldn't have asked for anything more.
