I can't recommend Dalton enough for any help you need with a mortgage loan. My husband and I recently purchased a property across the country and used Dalton's services. He was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. During the process I was about 7 months pregnant and so sometimes slow to respond or miss critical info. He continued to follow up with us, check in and provide patient answers to what were most likely my very obvious questions. If I wasn't completely over moving, I'd buy a house all over again just to work with Dalton again. He made buying our first home a breeze.
