    The costumer service from Malvin Aguiriano a the staff at that branch was above expectations; they serve with a smile and they solve the problem. I had been there couple of times this week with and issue setting up my account and he was very helpful and took his time to get to the bottom of it; they people from the cashier section were also great and with the willingness to help. Least but not less , the guy that was working at the triage desk was kind and directly me to the right person. It was a very pleasant experience and i will recommend this place and their service to anyone. The bank of the people. Love it1

    Ive gotten both of my most recent auto loans with DCFCU and have received so much help from their staff. Daymar was extremely helpful and proactive with everything I needed to make the process secure and painless. Couldn't be more happy with his service.

    The only debit credit card that is not allowed to be used to rent a car at an airport is this one. What a horrible experience. Rented a car got to the state and when they swiped my card was told it wouldn't go through. Called the bank and a very unhelpful person simply said well why didn't you call before making the reservation. I did call the car rental place and was told that as long as I had a return ticket from the same airport I would be able to get the car with a debit visa card. How am I suppose to know my credit union blocks car rental because of "high suspicious activity" the heck those that even mean. You need a license to rent a car how is it an easy target for scams. And let me not get into the fact that you can use the card for PayPal, Venmo and Cashapp but not Zelle when scams occur on all the other ones too. Sadly it's time to take my money to another bank after 6 years of banking here

    Closed my accounts. Nobody had answers. Rep. Laughing in a serious situation. Then her supervisor calls me to question something I "said" rather than as to why I am closing accoint I have had for 5 years. Sent back and forth within the facility just to close my accounts. It is not the bank, but this branch is awful!!! Young and inexperienced individuals.

    All the employees are nice, friendly, courteous and ready to help the customers in all their need, some people complain about the time of the services, but they don't relay that the hospital has around 12 thousands employees in main campus and must of the individuals have account in the dcfcu. I'm very happy and content with the services that the dcfcu provide. I have been working at jackson for 26 years and also stay with the credit union, for my part they are good. I recommend my family and friend to join to dcfcu without hesitate. They are guide you all the way.

    Waited in line 25 mins only 2 tellers and workers inside a little office laughing and joking around and the reps needed an supervisor for an override. This location always slow but the branch on 207th and 441 is the best. In and out!!! They need to learn from that branch!!!
