Cashed my check there with no complications, and bought an amplifier and some guitar strings. Prices were more than fair and everyone was helpful, friendly, and down-to-earth. Michael was the associate that helped me and he let me try out the amps before I purchased them and was patient with me. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Everytime I come in the store, they greet me with a genuine smile. The employees are all very knowledgeable and don't hesitate to lean on each other's knowledge if they aren't 100% sure of an answer. I love that. Some places make something up off the top of their heads just so they can save face. I love and feel comfortable doing business with them because I know I can trust them.

If I could give -1, I would. I am highly disappointed with whomever they use as a jeweler there. I pawned a diamond ring there and when I went to pick it up, several diamonds were missing and my prongs were bent. Someone had replaced at least 5 of my large diamonds with smaller ones. Then they left some silver residue in the middle of my ring aswell.I could not believe a pawnshop would steal your diamonds??????? I had used them before without incident. #extremelyshockedanddisappointed. Included in this review are before and after pictures of my ring that they damaged.

The individuals I dealt with were very helpful. If they didn't know something they would be honest about it and ask another employee. I was looking at buying a used gun and they showed me other makes that were even better suited for what I was looking for. They were not rushing me to hurry and make a decision and helped me in choosing the one that seemed to fit my needs best. They were professional and overall knowledgeable about the questions I was asking. I will certainly continue to give them my business.

The staff at Dad's Super Pawn have always been a pleasure to deal with. They are kind, curteous and respectful. We have bought several items from Dad's and we have always been pleased with the great prices we were given. We have sold unwanted gold jewelry a few times to them and they are willing to pay a little more for gold than the other pawn shops in the area. Dad's Super Pawn is always our first stop and we highly recommend them.

Just bought a Ruger American Predator from them.. walked in rather unshure which rifle I wanted because I was at a toss between a few and Devin and a couple other staff members helped me incredibly with what I needed for my application at a awesome price as well!! I couldn't be happier!! Thank you guys!!

Tried calling 2 two times about a welding hood. Both times I was told let me find out, put on hold for 10 mins both times before I hung up. If you can’t take the time to talk to your customers so they don’t waste a trip and time then those customers will bring there business elsewhere. At least I am. My advice, communication and customer service could use a little attention. Good luck.

Customer service is not good. Went in to look for tools for a new job, first we had to speak to the worker and when we showed him our list of tools he just pointed in the direction and continued to talk to a friend. The friend even told the guy that he should help us women look for the tools because we had told him that it was a new job. He blew off the friend’s suggestion and continued to talk so we just left.

Dad's has let me down. I called and told them I was coming from George County and I wouldn't have gas to make it home if they were closed. Got there a few minutes after 6 and was locked up tight. Now stranded in Pascagoula. Talked to another pawn shop owner down the road and he told me they had been closed since 10 a.m..
