D.L. Evans Bank W State St, Boise

This is my favorite Branch! Everyone is so nice there. Adah is always so helpful. I've had a few meetings with the Branch Manager, Matty I think? He is a lovely fellow. And you cant forget Eddie he always gets everything you need done quickly.

I LOVE DL Evans Bank. They make banking easy for my personal and business accounts. Ky’Anna Smith at the branch on State Street is so friendly and helpful! They go above and beyond to help!!

I have been with D.L. Evans for over 10 years. At my branch Eddie has help me many many times too many to count. I would be disappointed if Eddie was not there. Many kudos to Ada also. I feel as long as I am in this area DL Evans bank is my choice

We opened an account with them as they are only two miles from our home We also wanted to support a local business. Due to Covid 19 we were not able to come into the bank. We received a statement in the mail which reflected a $5.00 debit for a dormant fee. We never received a prior letter, phone call or an email before this. When we went into the bank, they were condescending and claimed the dormancy fee is in the fine print in the terms of usage. They told us we opened our account at the downtown branch and we would have to go there to ask for the fee back. We pointed at the room in the branch where we sat and opened the account with them. Seems like the idea to support a local bank was a mistake. Chase Bank has better customer service. We closed our DL Evans Bank account and will never do business there again.

I can't say enough good things about this bank and about my experience working with Margaret. She did an amazing and thorough job with all aspects of my loan, plus was really easy to work with. Two thumbs up.

There is a very good man, having my account with them, he did not want to change my check, he knows how to speak Spanish, but the best speaks to him in English and I speak to him in Spanish, that is my opinion of this place.
