They will sell you an Item, but they aren't too friendly. In my experience, I was trading a Yamaha guitar for a Martin guitar, they told me the Yamaha was worth a lot less than it was, because there was a basic model of that guitar online, though it did not look like the same guitar, the wood in the one online was a lot lower quality, it was just a totally different guitar. They gave me a terrible offer, I offered to donate it for someone wanting to learn to play guitar, one of the Men laughed at that gesture. This was actually a better acoustic guitar than what they had left in stock. I did end up donating it to the store, but they made it clear that it would be sold and not given to someone that would want to learn. When I was purchasing the Martin guitar, the person checking me out blocked me out of conversation by reading forums on his computer. Though, I really didn't do anything to deserve that kind of treatment. I was actually being respectful with these people. I have had times where transactions went smoothly here, I am really hoping this is a one time ordeal and others do not have to deal with this kind of treatment. I won't be dealing with it again, as I wont be in the store again. This is a business and they may deal with many types of people and personalities, but I just always expect to be treated with atleast a little bit of respect as a customer.

Went in with 3.5 grams of 14k gold. Gold price for the day was 32$ per gram for 14k gold specifically, so should have been right over 100$ in value. Was looking for about 75$ so they could make 30$ on the deal. They offered me 40$!! Took my two 14k gold necklaces to American coin and collectibles in shreveport and received 94$! I still had 8 minutes before closing and was very rushed. Nothing I can say good about this place. They do have a lot of guns though. Must be their bread and butter. They were condescending and attempted to make me second guess the value of my items by patronizing me but the thing is there is a set value on gold every day that every jeweler and metals buyer will pay you for your gold...was definitely more than worth the drive out of town. You can still do good business and thrive but this pawn shop banks on the fact people NEED money. I've lived in minden all my life and will never attempt business there again for anything and will never suggest them to anyone...not anyone I like anyways.

We have been to dozens of pawn shops and this one by far was the nicest, cleanest, well lit pawn shop I have visited. I found sooo many things I loved and will keep checking back often since their inventory is so amazing. Have never seen so many guns in a store! We all loved this place! Super cool and nice staff too.

Tried to buy a rifle they came with the we only sell to 21 years and older and I have bought many at other stores and pawn shops

Very rude and couldnt return a item that i dont need but because nothing was wrong with it they couldnt take it back the boss was very very rude and i wont be dealing with them again i hope somebody reports them!!!!

I think this pawnshop is great. But they do need a website so I can view.
