Cyprus Credit Union E 3900 S, Salt Lake City

I love the people that work at this branch. But why is Cypress Credit Union up on a random dead end hall way next to the doctors lounge on the 2nd floor of a the St. Marks Hospital? And the ATM is on the other opposite side in the downstairs cafeteria which is a maze! Are they trying to pass covid? Seriously Cypress… Fix the Gaps in service on the East Side. Sincerely, a loyal customer

Just so you are aware, this is located IN THE HOSPITAL. It is kind of a maze finding it. I like that this location is open as early as it is.

I have been going to this branch from before It became part of Cyprus Credit Union. They are always kind and professional.

Went in to get a check for a car loan, no line at all and great service from the 3 ladies working there. Awesome experience.

I am seriously over banking with Cyprus, the automated phone system is the most frustrating part. I can't speak to a human, takes forever to get through the menus and then "we are experiencing high call volume, you estimated wait time is..... Pathetic. Don't have this problem with Granite or Utah first.

Cyprus Credit Union truly takes care of their own members. I have never felt like I was treated anything less than their most important customer.

I'm at this branch right now and they are amazing! Someone used my account over the weekend and they are helping me with the entire situation. The branch opens at 7:30am and is on the second floor. Thank you Juli and Tricia!!

The bank is located in the second floor of the dental medical building, you have to go down a hallway to get there, but really lovely people working there

It's an ATM in a hospital not a bank. Even if it was, Cyprus credit union sucks

I was the told incorrect information. I got a fee for using my credit card to make a payment over the phone when the agent told me there would be no fee. I did not get reimbursed for this.
