What a great credit union! We were greeted by Nicole, Mikhail, and Drew. They offered such a good rate on my car loan, I checked into opening an account. They were so down to earth and talked about money and long term goals with me. There are still real people out there who know you and how it is.

Just got profiled by the teller over there. I went in with my little girl to show proof of insurance on my new truck loan. He asked if I'd turn my hat around for the security camera's. I said " Sure, do you guys have a problem with robberies at the credit union inside the Walmart?" He told me " it's better to be safe than sorry". I'll be transferring my loan to America First Credit Union first thing.

For the guy who left they review saying he got profiled, you didn't. Every single time I have been in there they have asked me to remove my had and hood. Its just a rule so cameras can see your face.

I don't like this new system they went to. Every teller does my transaction different and it is really confusing to this 72 year old. I have had nothing but trouble with them. They have messed up my mortgage payments more than once. Getting really frustrated 🥴🥴

The Manger is absolutely amazing! I dont bank through them personally but I tried to use the atm at this location and my card fell inside. The manger did everything in her power to help me! She went above and beyond for me! She was so kind and genuine! I'm definitely thinking about switching to them as a bank because of the amazing customer service!

These people where very friendly and understanding. They helped me when others wouldn’t. There kindness took the nervousness away. They where able to get the job done and earn me as another customer I strongly believe I will be staying with them...

Went in to get a loan told me twenty min. 3 1/2 hours later still waiting they told me to go shop while they worked on the loan came back after two hours asked if I could sit down while waiting they said yes until they had another customer come in well another came had to leave the bank we are now at the 4 hour mark what a waste of a day off

They are always very friendly and recognize me when I’m there. They seem to know most of their customers by name, which makes your banking experience more pleasant.

I went between 9 & 10 on Monday and it wasn't busy at all. The teller was courteous and knowledgable and helped me get my debit card fast. (They prep the card right in the branch so you don't have to wait for it in mail. ) Very nice branch to go to.
