I've always liked the employees. They are fair and knowledgeable considering the wide range of products that can be pawned. Definitely 5 stars in my opinion.

if your trying to sell anything good-luck they were nice but naive tho but if u sold them something they wanted the happy go lucky mabe i just had a bad experience with them but if your trying to sell any type electronic they ask for a charger for it sooooo yahhhh

The guy is rude. I wanted to pawn a ps4 w/ two controllers and he offered $100 after I'd told him my asking price was $200. He wouldn't negotiate at all and his tone and sarcasm was completely unprofessional.

These people lie through their teeth to you. I called inquiring about at item that they posted on craigslist and asked what time they closed. They replied 7pm and I knew time would be tight, but I ran across town and made it by 650pm. Despite having an were open sign posted in front of the building and two members of the staff just inside, the door was locked. One of them glared angrily at me and told me to go away. These are not friendly or timely people, they do not want your business, I would suggest not bringing them any.

This is Sir Hudgens the review that was left by my account should not be a 1 star it should be a 5 star place of business, Cypresswood Pawn has great people and great items to choose from, please forgive me for the wrong review before I'm not sure how that review got there, but what I am sure about is that it is a 5 star pawn with 5 star customer services.

Great place and awesome customer service I have been coming to this pawnshop not as often as I would like to but it's been a few years and as always their customer service is awesome, really good prices and always enjoy the little talks we have, Courtney is really helpful and friendly, always ready to help.

I am really glad to see their Craigslist ad .. It tipped me off.. I was able to purchase some stuff that was stolen out of my vehicle some months back. Their prices are pretty reasonable..

I found this place to be both dingy and dirty don't know where the positive reviews stem from. The manager a female told me to look up a price for an item was not in her job description.Laughable and sadly ridiculous. Go elsewhere, try Money Mart on Aldine Westfield. #dobetter
