I have purchased 2 homes and done 1 refinance with Curtis. He has educated me about many aspects of the home buying process while getting my loan improved despite my unpredictable independent income. The most recent home purchase was during an extreme seller's market in which we had 10 days before all contingencies were up, which we didn't think we possible to achieve but Curtis assured me that we could do it. Curtis found us an agent (James Lee, who is also amazing) and they worked diligently to get us our home. We beat out other buyers because they guided us to making a better offer even though we still got an amazing deal on the house. Curtis got our loan funded in 3 days with a really low rate. He also saved us thousands of dollars (maybe as much as $15k-$20K). He has never been pushy. He only educates us to make good decisions. I would never buy a home or refinance without him being heavily involved in the process. His honesty, integrity and trustworthiness are at the highest level.
