Currency Exchange/Auto License S Roselle Rd, Schaumburg

8th of July 2022. Time 4:01pm Wanted to send some money but the middle aged lady at the counter was not helpful and had a rude attitude. Left without doing the business and shall never come back to this place ever. She was asking the name of the person to whom I was sending. she couldn’t find the name. Tried to give her the persons phone number but she just wanted correct name. She said she has been working there for 15 years and knows everything. Highly recommend She needs to get trained or keep losing loyal customers.

Racist Hispanic lady working that seems like she hates her job. She was rude to my mom because I was helping her with a money transfer because she couldn’t see the information because she forgot her glasses. She takes her minimum wage job too seriously. It seems like she has been rude for years to other customers , idk why they keep a person like that working.

They advertise cashing checks without having to wait as if you were using a bank. I go in there and they tell me they have to hold the fund for 7-10 days. Bad business

Of all the currency exchanges I have ever been to. This one has been the most welcoming and understanding. You ever notice that when you go to a currency exchange the mood is always like a DMV. The teller always has an attitude. Well I was shocked at how the attitude at this location was. To the teller whom helped me Saturday afternoon. You left a great first impression and a reason to visit once again.

I came into the facility for a title transfer and was truly dreading it. The young lady that helped us out made it a wonderful fast & professional experience. Kudos to you team.

The people who work at this location are the most experience and kind respectful I just wish that you would offer some kind of discount for you're steady costomers thank you for being a service to me Nick Karras

0 stars, never would I ever step foot in this place, and I will make sure family and friends don't either!!! They are RACIST!!! Boyfriend went there today and was racially profiled by a spanish lady 🤔. So UNPROFESSIONAL!! It's DISGUSTING!!!

I have to say that is was the best experience I ever had at any Currency Exchange. Had no waiting was helped right away.

Some of the nicest most efficient ladies that I know. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
