Some of the worst customer service ever. Older women at the window speaks in very condescending manor. Before leaving I apologized for wasting her time and she just said yeah no problem. I’m sorry if you dislike your job but do not take it out on customers.

Rip off!!! Stay away!!! People are rude. Specially the polish lady working there. They say title will come in within this many weeks it doesn’t. No help at all: they just take money and don’t care about their customers.

They got like six windows but only one slow person working there.

Excellent service! Personable and friendly employees. Efficient, and always give 100%. I go in every week, and they ALWAYS are super friendly. Often there are lines, but you can see they work quickly and help those who need it. It upsets me that people have rated it low. I have NEVER seen any of the employees being rude, even to those who are extremely rude and disrespectful to them. Usually those people are trying to do something they aren't allowed to do and the customer gets upset. These people are just doing their jobs. And in my opinion, they do them in a very professional, efficient and friendly manner, every time.

The people in this office are very friendly and professional, they always do their best to take care of our needs in a cordial and timely manner. I specially recommend Isaura (Izzy), she is a wonderful, professional, friendly person who knows her business and takes good care of me.

It's a currency exchange, who cares if the employees are rude. I find if you're nice, they're nice. IT'S A CURRENCY EXCHANGE, not a spa. I'm happy there's a currency nearby.

Never Again they charge almost double what the employers bank would charge.... And the girl who helped me had an attitude problem.... Never Again... Unless its last resort... I mean THE LAST RESORT.... 0 STARS im rating them but i had to put 1 star to leave this review....

Worst service ever and rude employees. But is nearby. If they don't like their job why even bother working at a currency exchange. Don't like your job get another one. Plain and simple.

Very rude woman behind the counter making fun of a Polish woman who didn't understand a question she was being asked. I actually walked out of here to do business elsewhere.

The Lady was very helpful and patient making the telephone calls needed to make sure everything went well so I can cash my check that I had been holding on too since December 2018 due to sickness . Thank you so much.
