Set up a payment plan, logged into account - seen there was an option to go ahead and make the monthly payment, made the payment and now they're saying I made the payment 'too early', when I clearly made it on time when I was given the option to... customer service chat is a joke and told me I would have to make two payments to avoid a late fee because my payment was considered 'extra payment'. Will def avoid this company after this experience.

This is a very cost-effective way to cope with large medical bills or co-pays. If there were anything I would change is the payment options. Users can only pay the minimum payment or the total balance. I f I have a good month financially I would like the option to pay more than the minimum.

I was pleased to have the opportunity to finance one bill from Banner Hospital. However, it would have been helpful to finance a second bill from Banner but my request was refused. For the line of credit given, the second bill was certainly within that credit line amount, so I didn't understand why it was rejected.
