    This may be the worst bank I've ever used. I thought capital one was bad but for a credit union this place and there rates are a joke. They do not work with you but against you in everything they do. You can't even do something as simple as pay a bill online if they don't approve it. I have friends who have been paying on there loans through cse on mobile but they have literally kept that feature locked out of my account to where I have to drive there to pay. And then if you want to pay over the phone they charge 10-15 bucks for a "convenience fee" I thought credit unions were supposed to help but all this one does is steal your money with no customer service. And don't dare ever get in a bind because of hurricanes or anything like that. They refuse to work with third party companies who are trying to help you resolve your debt and just threaten to turn you over to bankruptcy.

    It’s always something…I have dealt with numerous banks/lending issues and have never had any issue aside from here; yet every single time there is a serious issue! It really feels as if they’re entire mission is to take as much of your money as possible, while insulting you and speaking down to you as much as possible along the way. Please, keep your family’s interests safe and STAY AWAY from CSE!

    I Called Heather from Marketing but no answer, it's horrible, I'm sorry but this bank is a absolute let down, my husband works out of town on turn around CSE acts like they've never received a check before, we deposited our check on the app it says it's accepted but CSE puts our money on hold because they don't know how to verify a check! Ridiculous! It's just a shame. Very disappointed in their behavior rude customer service think their doing you a favor for letting you spend your own money sigh. We are closing our account.

    Well, I loved that Credit Union. was the best banking experience there ever was. Employees very respectful and understanding and they were very easy going with me.. I had bank accounts with several different local banks and credit union, This one by far was my favorite. I was late on a bill, and they didn't call me or bother me... when I called them to explain the situation they understood. I hated that I had to close this account due to Chapter 7. but if I have the chance again, I would love to bank with them again... Love this place and its peeps... Miss yall much SCE... S.K.

    I Attempted to make a deposit in an account today at the Moss Bluff branch through the drive through, the teller was so rude that i decided to just close all my accounts . I was truly disappointed in how i was treated. My wife and i did absolutely nothing to warrant such ugliness from this teller. Update: A very nice Branch Manager went out of her way to reach out to me and listen to my concern’s and gripes. After having an intelligent conversation with the nice Branch Manager, i feel better about my concerns and gripes. Thanks Mrs.Rebecca your awesome.

    CSE use to be a a great bank. Now they find any reason to charge me $30.00. I have overdraft protection still get a $30.00 charger, when my direct deposit payroll check is pending, nothing else is. I wake up in the morning to find they have put a automated draw for $10.45 has jumped in front of my payroll deposit and a $30.00 charge and this is not the first time. I have been with them for 35 years and they will not even email me back. I'm now looking for another bank!! They careless about their customers!!!

    Amy Nyberg at CSE is a value and asset to CSE! She’s always so cheerful and pleasant with a positive personality! She has went over and beyond for myself and family many times during tough situations. She knows how to happily take care of her customers and the company. This is a value and standard which is so rare in these times. She stands out as one of those few who still help to make this odd world a better place! Keep up the awesomeness Amy! I am pleased with the other staff as well at CSE, I give them props for always being friendly. CSE, go see what the buzz is about, you’ll be glad you did!

    They stay open till 6. It's 5:15, and I'm calling, getting a message thanking me for calling, but their offices are currently closed. Pretty bad customer service. We've had our accounts here for quite a few years, and they are just so difficult to deal with that we are changing banks. I have a ridiculous time accessing our accounts online, even though I am signed on all of them; periodically my husband has to go and physically tell them that it is all right for me to do so. Replacing my lost ATM card has been a real battle. I do not recommend this institution.

    This is the worst banking institution there is! I started a savings account at this place, and was disappointed within the first-two weeks! Their direct deposit system is flawed, and there is not a single person there that can give you a clear concise answer! I pleasantly asked to cancel my account, and the representative was eager to cancel my account instead of performing her due diligence to repair the issue! Please do not trust this institution to house your money! CSE will squander your money, and tell you its all your fault for trusting them!

    Years ago I was the victim of identity theft and it ruined my credit. Anyone that’s had this happen to them can tell you how hard it is to clear your name and repair your credit. I tried for years to get everything straight and no matter what I did I couldn’t get my head above water. I had a mortgage at the time and I had been paying on it for years without missing a single payment. I thought that I would refinance the mortgage and use the equity to get everything caught back up but my mortgage holder refused to refinance because of my credit score. The credit score at the time was low because of the stolen identity but they refused to look at anything other than a score on a report. I went to CSE and talked to Amy Hannon and at the time I was completely defeated and didn’t know what to do. Amy along with Michelle Harrison took the time to look at my issue and everything I was doing to get my credit back to where it was before the identity theft and treated me like a person. CSE refinanced my mortgage and with their help I was able to repair my credit. My wife and I are now closing on our dream house and it is all because of Amy Hannon, Michelle Harrison and Sarah Miller. I recommend CSE to everyone.
