My experience was average, nothing fancy, just signing papers. It would have been nice to have my real estate agent and mortgage broker present at closing to answer questions, but I assume they had better things to do once they got their commissions from the sale. It was just us (buyers) and a lady I had never met before, signing all the required documents. Apparently, UPS "lost" the paperwork associated with the deed and we had to re-sign everything. At least, they were professional enough to send a representative to our home to do that, so we didn't have to drive an hour to their office. We did appreciate that convenience from Crown Title.

Peace of mind immediately comes to the forefront when I think of Crown Title. I have worked with Crown for a number of years and I have never had any reason for concern about getting the docs right or making sure the closing was going to be timely. Robb White of Crown Title is a true professional. He has a gift of putting people at ease, a system that covers all the bases and a wonderful support staff.
