Michael literally stopped working on my app. Didn’t call me and now rates are .40% higher. He’s the worst mortgage broker in the country. Never ever use this company. We went with loan depot and while we paid more because of Michael’s incompetence, it was finished in less than 4 weeks.

My husband and I came to this office about a first time home mortgage. They were extremely helpful and were able to present us with different options. (I hadn’t the slightest idea what I was doing so it was very refreshing). We felt more like longtime friends… not like other places where they treat you like a just another number. At closing they made sure we knew exactly what to expect. Thanks so much for all your help!

12/8/2018 Excellent re-financing experience with Cross Country Mortgage (CCM), especially Peter Lucia and Stacey Napolitano. CCM completely understands the Brooklyn/NYC market and made the process easy and positive. After being completely at our wit's end with regular banks (Chase/Wells Fargo/Citi), I actually searched and found the very good reviews and called CCM on a whim. After speaking with Peter for five minutes, he was confident he could make it work and completely understood the neighborhood. All exchanges with the team were very professional- always pushing things forward. I just wish I had called them years ago- would have saved lots of time, annoyance and Money $. Call them. Really.
