Crescent Credit Union Commercial St, Brockton

Passing by on my way to the post office I talked to a friendly lady that works here . She has a good spirit, and is a caring person. I wish her and this business many happy days into the future

These reviews aren't lying!!! The customer service is horrible. I try not to deal with the tellers. They seemed detached from reality. My last transaction a teller stopped in the middle of it to talk to someone who interrupted... TWICE!!! I now either make deposits at the ATM or just go to Oak street. I'm on the fence about closing my account.

One day I went to bank on the front door it said bank lobby open from 10am to 1pm It was 11:45 and they told me they close at 12 to be able to round out by one, and that the sign was a mistake and she took it down .. I went the next day and the same sign was up with same hours. Obviously she was lying and was getting paid to not work. Poor supervision or none at all.

Horrible customer service. Tellers refused to help me after I waited over 1 hour and a half in line. They don not help Minority own business owners. They DESPERATELY need customer service skills.

This bank is a scam. They put a 4 day hold on a paycheck so you can't pay your bills on time

Every time that I come here always a issue bank hours today is 1 pm they close the bank 12:25 I’m not using this bank anymore location 115 commercial st Brockton

They never answer the phones. So disappointed in this bank. For the only credit union left in the city they should think more about the personal aspects of doing business.

Service is good, have one issue when I needed to get some quarters. They informed me they didn't have them. Clerks should not lie to their customers.

Awful Awful Customer Service. The teller Luis is probably the rudest teller I have come across.
