Wow.. should’ve read reviews before I came here to use atm. Who knew that in 2022 you couldn’t deposit cash?? Went inside to try and obtain my debit card that atm took and was rudely addressed by teller that only members could retrieve cards. Very rude customer service.. never ever will I stop by here again!! & they need to update their atms!!

This location has the best kindest people working for them My husband and I have moved to our property up in the thumb and some days travel down here to the big city for work. My husband is the best mechanic and we do travel for some of his great customers. Well we came down to do a job for one of them and needed to pick up the part. So when we arrived at the credit union I realized I didn't have my wallet but I did have my phone with my account info Now to go into the credit union is by appointment only but we did just drive 80 miles one way, so I went and knocked on the door and they came to the door and asked if I had an appointment and I explained my situation and they let me in and took care of me. You don't know how much it meant to me because I could have had a completely different day from that point on if they were not able to do this for me. I tell you that it really pays to be with the right institution. Excellent credit union and fantastic people

I have been a member for 20+ years. While I don't need to go inside much I do find the staff pleasant and helpful. I like the online banking and other tools (mobile deposit, transfer, etc). I found the loan rates competitive with other financial institutions.

Was told I was approved for a loan then less than 24hrs later they call and said they won't honor it and that I am now denied. Would never recommend this credit union as it took me 3 hours of jumping through hoops to get an account open because they are biased to who they let bank with them. Terrible customer service call center who don't speak understandable English and fraud department is even worse. Claims to stop charges then allows charges to go through and says oh well we will fix it between 45 and 90 days.

I've been a member here for about 8 years almost. And I have been denied a loan each time for the most part. The only loan I was granted was a $500 small loan back when I was in high school. While at another credit union, I was granted a loan that was over $1.5K. I do not agree with this Credit Union. However, I am pretty sure that I will moving my account elsewhere pretty soon. There are only a few tellers here that I enjoy working with when I come in but most of the time I don't like to come into this branch to do business because the rest of the tellers and MSRs don't really seem like they care all too much. In addition, my parents had gotten scammed by a check and they told my parents who have been members for longer than I have been alive that they have to have a hold on their account.... for over 2 YEARS!!!!! Are you kidding me? My parents never have had bad checks except for that scam that they fell for. So my parents could not cash a check... no matter HOW SMALL it was. It still went on a long 4+ day hold. We have bills to pay. Finally after my parents calling, they were able to get it released and stop it. Overall, the place is short staffed it seems. The tellers are mediocre and the Member Service Representatives are meh.

Restrooms smelled awful and were closed “because of COVID.” Stopped doing shared branch services “because of COVID.” Couldn’t perform a normal service in less than 8 weeks “because of COVID.” And ironically, despite the ever-present COVID, no one was wearing a mask.

Walked in without being greeted by anybody, waited standing in front of the counter for 2 minutes while the tellers were talking to eachother about food while eating at the front counter, the teller I spoke to after one of them finally told me they could help me, was very blunt, not friendly whatsoever and the whole encounter was awkward. This kind of interaction deters people from coming in. And while I was leaving nobody even said “have a nice day” or anything of the sort. Worst customer experience I have had. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone if you have to deal with people like this. I get better service at McDonalds.

As you can see in previous reviews--poor/rude customer service...especially if you are "lucky" enough to get the grouchy "head teller." I had interest in opening an account here until my dealings with her. They seem particularly rude to shared branching customers. Perhaps they should drop out of that program is they are going to treat us like a nuisance. There are a handful of tellers I had good experiences with, and if I knew their names I would exclude them from this review.

Very rude customer service. DON'T USE THE NIGHT DEPOSIT BOX. Used night deposit box twice with cash both times they messed up. First time was they put the deposit into my account and less then a hour later it showed was taken out. I called they couldn't figure it out till hours later. The second time $10 came up missing. I called they were rude and pretty much told me I don't know how to count. Two night deposit cash drops in less then 2 months Two mistakes. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE IT FOR CASH DROPS.

We thought we found Credit Union that could manage our funds professional, however, we found out after one they are worse than Dearborn and Christian federal Credit Unions. Also! If you like to do "Online Banking" Credit Union ONE does not support Mircosoft Edge or Explorer 10-12 so you are out of luck if you have any issues with the "Online Banking" according to employees Daba and Diane in Credit Union ONE Network Service. We now have go to PNC Bank and Transfer our accounts from this strange Credit ONE Credit Union cause their behavior and the treatment to us. Find another Credit Union or Bank to we you hear. We found PNC and Chase Banks to be the better Banks to do business with. Just pass up this Credit Union and there branches. Like Share
