The negative reviews are all true. I am far from a deadbeat and very astute when it comes to financial matters. Dated website. HORRIBLE "customer service". RUDE to the max employees. I honestly hate the place and only use them to have a local account as my real banking is done online. The only thing they have worthwhile is a low rate credit card which is nice if you need to use it. Since I never carry a balance it is pointless so even giving them credit for the card is stretching it.

Out of date Credit Union with HORRIBLE customer service. They are stuck in a 1970's mindset with no idea of how to move forward. Each product requires a different website as they run nothing in house. Phone support only wants to transfer you to anyone else! Account number for savings not the same as member number, shown nowhere, but require to activate credit products. No Social Media, Horrible Mobile App, and just terrible all around. Rates are ok, and getting approved is easy enough. The moment you have a problem though THEY DO NOT CARE! Run to any other Credit Union (I moved to NFCU), do not sign up. I have moved every product from them except the 1 credit card.

Wonderful experience! I needed my auto loan refinanced and they made the process seamless and fast. I had approval almost immediately and they helped lower my interest rate.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This company is a JOKE. They’re so “secure” they prevent their customers from logging in online to pay. We are TRYING TO GIVE THEM MONEY but the online portal is a nightmare. Last payment I made a few weeks ago the portal was the same so my login worked. Now it’s a brand new website with no notice, my login info doesn’t work, so I cannot make a payment nor can my fiancé. If we could pull every cent of our business from them we would, and are planning to do so ASAP!! They’re a sorry excuse for a banking institution and have 0 answers other than apologizing and claim they’re trying to change things. I call their bluff because the changes suggested don’t ever happen! Take your business elsewhere to avoid headaches and an insane $5 convenience fee we will NOT be paying no matter how far up their ladder I must climb. Do yourself a solid and do NOT do business here.

I've been a member for over 20 years this bank has done nothing to help me. I have nothing but problems with my debt card its always getting but on hold because of some suspicious activity lol yeah right I bought something for $1.99 and what that was suspicious bull everytime with this bank I'm done I had all three of my adult children with this bank one left and now where leaving this useless bank

Got an overdraft? Don’t expect to hear about it until it’s too late. They won’t contact you. multiple times I’ve “setup” to where it should just decline but I guess not. also gone multiple times on the weekends and they close inside early.

Set up a HELOC recently, So convenient, most everything was done via a secure portal and email with Will. He always responded very quickly to acknowledge emails. When it was time to sign and close, we were able to come in separately as my husband and I have crazy schedules. 20 minutes from parking lot, to signing and back out! Sweet!
