They have a New Fat chick in the Loan/Credit Card department and she is Horrible. She's ruining a 5 year banking experience due to her Ego. GET HER OUT OF THERE SO WE CAN BANK In PEACE.

Im confused as to why you all have an atm that takes cash deposits but as i stand here it says its only taking checks? Ridiculous and definitely inconvienent. I understand the bank is locally owned but there are only two branches why cant we get modernized atms? Also i understand once again its a local branch but its sad that everytime*because it happens often* something goes wrong with my debit card or acct i have to wait until business hours unless its stolen..truley inconvienent

ATM machines always DOWN! Unable to acces your balance, small deductions in the middle of the night and replaced before you realize it's gone?!? Shady business practices in the Black cummunity!-(

I've been with this credit union since 89. I'm sure people have their experiences but I can't say that I've had any trouble at all for all these years. I suppose you can be disappointed no matter where you go. Sometimes the problem is you. Just saying.......

I have called numerous times and can never get through on any day and have gotten cut off They need a better system to better serve the members I am on my way into the 245 Pryor St. Location to seek some answers I am seriously considering taking my money out by the end of month over the many issues I am having Time is money, then every time I need to address a matter I have to go I and lose money, sitting around waiting for anywhere up to min 20 minutes upwards of 40 minutes I have fallen asleep twice from being exhausted and I have even left tired of waiting

Bad customer service. This the only bank I know that doesn’t answer the phone when call. The operator is busy and is not accepting phone calls at this time, good bye.

Worst customer service ever. I was in line to deposit for half an hour. I've been a member for about 4 years and it hasn't always been this way. I hate this place! Don't disappoint yourself. Stay away. Find something else.

Credit union of Atlanta has help me with everything. My credit card, loans , I couldn’t ask for more. I would recommend them to other people. I can say thank you for everything

You need to take off your website that you're a shared branch.

Jasmine needs to be fired or I'm closing my account she sits in her office when she sees customers sitting there waiting to be seen about a loan then u get into her office and she has a nasty attitude like she don't wanna be there or help anyone then I have automatic payments sit up for them to retrieve a bi-weekly payment that they never seem to get but u take any over draft fees as soon as my check clears never understood why they don't get my loan payment at the same time they get the over draft fees smh now u talking bout I'm behind on my loan payments seems like u guys are missing a link n the chain somewhere
