HORRIBLE!!!! Got a car from them, had a hole in exhaust they said wasn't there, but took it to another shop and they repaired it. Lights come on for air bag sensor, traction all the time. Car was overheating knew it was a water pump, brought it in they had it for a week, said there wasn't any issue and did an oil change I didn't ask for. Took car to another place and the water pump needs replaced. They came and took my car because I had a payment returned..no worries. Got my car back with missing belongings in it and had to wait hours because they took it to detail.. why??? No clue. This place is a joke all the way around. They won't replace my lost items told me I'd have to buy new ones. Haha. Typical lemons they sell. 🤷

Excellent experience dealing with Credit Pro Autos. Frank Phillips was a great salesman, very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever was needed to be done. Overall great experience would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to build credit!

Haven’t had my car for for a year and already had at least 9 to 10 fixes up on my car, they are all rude, disrespectful and only call you when they want you to make your payments, they can care less about your car being fixed they still want their money why would I pay money for something I’m not using?. I had 4 engine works on this vehicle, car stopped yesterday on me waiting to hear back from them on Monday.

I just got a car from there back in December. This past week my car broke down. I got it in on Saturday and they got the parts and it is fixed now but I am not allowed to pick it up because I have a past due amount due. I talked to them about this Saturday and told them I would be in to pay my past due amount on the 27th when I get paid. Should have never gone back to this place.

Their warranty looks good until you have to use it. Always nice paying to be told the warranty wasn't going to be honored.

When I first got my car I loved it . But as I get further into owning this car I’ve had endless problems that never get resolved by service. Such as simple grinding when I use my breaks and go into reverse . Check engine lights that get reset and instantly come back on as soon as I drive off the lot Slowly losing faith In their service department ..

They are a joke I've had my car 2 months n breaks went out. They cleaned them with brake cleaner n said I was good until they made my appointment. Now I have been calling for a week to get my car in, no tow, or nothing they tell me to drive it there without brakes. Didnt know I'm recording the conversation, then the Amanda lady hangs up in my face. They are a joke they just sell u cars they ain't worked on hoping u go over the warranty before u notice be careful i would go else where

I love this place been with them going on 5 years NEVER!!! Had any issues. FRANK PHILLIPS is a great sales man fantastic customer service and he always got me what i wanted i recommended Credit Pro Autos.

This is the worst place to ever get a vehicle! I was desperate at the time so it’s good for that I guess. They have the worst customer service literally that I have ever dealt with. Due to Covid I was having problems with my payments however I was still paying and Adam Quote “ well I don’t know what that’s like because I have never had to stop working at my job “ Amanda has the worst customer service and it’s completely rude at all times even when I am trying to be nice . Needless to say they did work with me but I definitely got harassed about it and treated awful . I would not recommend to anyone ever not even my worst enemy!

We bought a car and it had some drivetrain issues hub bearing and half axle. They replaced them and did a fine job. All was good I didn't hear a thing from them I made the payment online and got a receipt emailed it was a good deal I would have recommended them to anyone good car good service for months or maybe a year I didn't pay attention. All in all a fair deal as the car was over priced by a good 30 percent in my opinion but we messed up and they are taking a chance on us so I get it If it's not them it'll be another lot. Well, that all good relationship didn't last through our accident though the upper management was super good to us. We were hit in the back while sitting at a stop light and the car was totaled. we didn't have gap insurance so I was looking at over 3000 dollars I would have to sue the guy who hit me for and it's never a win doing that. though sometimes you get lucky and they pay up. this guy wasnt going to pay even if ordered to. He simply did not have it. but Prime Finance was super good to us and said that if we bought another car from them they would clean the balance of the first cat off and we would be given a zero balance due . we gladly did that as why not the first buy from them went really good so the second surely would also. oh, and they also told us no money down just pick a car and start making payments. In the time we were doing all this, the insurance company was paying out checks to them one for what the car was appraised at as they don't pay what you owe they pay what they determine you car is worth. They sent two checks for the total of the determined amount, it's something to do with their system and way of doing it. the second check was accidentally put in my name because they were sending me a refund on my deductable to make up for an error between us and them. It was mistakenly put in Primes name Human error they crossed the names and I was on primes and Prime was on mine. So their check shows up in my name and I gladly sign it over to them so they can have their money and knowing the error was made the girl handling the situation verbally agreed to both my wife and I that she would do the same for us when our check arrived in a day or so. Well, a week goes by and we're told no check yet, then two weeks and we tell them we are going to have to make some calls and find out what the problem is. We are then told that it did come but she decided to keep our money because all the money was to go to getting as much back on the wrecked car as possible ok the check as in their name but by mistake and she knew that. So in our eyes they stole that money. She is a company employee and her actions are their actions and we don't know if she was directed to do that. They won't tell us anything but if you knowingly take money you really isn't yours I guess you don't want to talk about it. The thing is that if they would have come to me and explained what they were thinking I would have given it to them since it was a fair thing to do as they helped us out with the whole wreck thing . In effect Prime received the deductible twice and if asked to give my check to them I would have gladly because they did deserve it for going out of their way for us and saved me well over that. Then I find out they charged my credit with a none payment account closure or repo in effect. we called and got the run-around from them but finally got it changed to a neutral entry. it won't help our credit but won't hurt it either. Our take on this they don't want to help make your credit better. So our experience with this outfit is good, bad and ugly. Upper management good, face to face employees ( the ones the customer deals with directly) bad. That girl looked right at us and lied her teeth out. the whole experience with the wreck and after , ugly. One more thing, if you do go in to look at cars, and your a country boy be ready for the salesman to have a chip on his shoulder. He doesn't like our kind and he can't hide it. I don't care what he thinks so it didn't effect my decision to buy.
