Credit One "Bank" Madison Ave, New York

This is the worst credit card company that ever came out. They charge 8.50 for monthly to be a customer? Who does that. This girl Rai that I spoke with was extremely rude. I never came across with someone like her, not professional at all

Scammers don't even think about to get a card from these people. They will charge you over a hundred dollars the first month. Terrible customer service the representatives are from hell knows it was very hard to understand whatever what they were saying. Resume thieves.

No complaints so far. I use it and pay it off before the due date because I have read a lot of reviews on payments taking a long time to post. I haven't had to call yet but I hope when I do customer service isn't as bad as the reviews

Got a credit card with a transaction I never consented to adding up to $80+. I called customer service about this and they said it was taken care of after I asked twice "so I will not have to pay this if I did not authorize this payment." They replied "yes" twice. Two weeks later I get a bill of $110+ with a late fee......do not get a card from here I beg you, save your time and money.

Sam a rep was able to make me feel a little bit better about getting simple questions answered but before him a rep i spoke to was rude too direct with try to get my social and card info...when my question had nothing to do with him needing this information...but the audacity of hanging up because i asked to speak to his MANAGER.. He was ignoring my repeated question which was are giving 400 to new accounts.. A repeated ad im getting. But to hang up on me puts a sour taste about how they conduct business at this location

never get a credit card from this bank. this bank has too many fees and it will drown your credit score.

Fraud bank that's what i can call them. They sent me pre approval and then cancelled my application for no reason.

Don’t ever get this card, if u pay the minimum they still charge u!!!! They mess up your credit don’t ever get this credit card they horrible. They will keep charging u after u close.

If only you could give angry emoji reviews. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SHAM OF A "CREDIT CARD" COMPANY. They charge ridiculous fees and the customer service is unintelligible.

They charge monthly for an annual fee and do not give the option to make a one time payment. I dislike this bank. Bunch of rip offs
