Wish I could give no stars, they truly deserve nothing. We have our home through them and every single month they call me and my husband saying there is something wrong with our payment. Between them forgetting to run the payment to it getting sent back. It is ridiculous. Please avoid using them at all cost! I hate that we are stuck with them. Go somewhere else. And they lie. They called me and told me my husband had been avoiding their calls for months. Which wasn’t true, I was with him when he called them several times! Don’t trust them with any of your loans.

Not safe and not secure. Total trash. Garbage may be a compliment for this bank. You gave identity thiefs $9000 in our name without any verification via credit scores. Wow just wow. When we called to see what was going on, as we don’t even have a bank account with you or even live in the same city, your garbage employee super rude and unprofessional was absolutely useless. Thanks for nothing. I pray no one banks with you. I pray you get shut down for being so liberal with peoples private info and money.

This bank is horrible on the wait time, been here an hour and still cannot get a Spanish representative for our relative. Spoke with another representative to tell her I could do the translating all she informed me was “ we just stepped out of a meeting, we will have a representative with you shorty.” Goes to the next customer.

Lobby teller service I truly and sincerely felt had caused an alienated feeling inside having stopped to cash a check from a legitimate insurance refund amount of 600 dollars Having been told by teller he can cash one of which was 31 dollars but the 600 dollars he could not because it had to be held for 2 days before funds would be available I didn't need the 600 dollars immediately but after reviewing some recent reviews and having been in complete shock of what people have been saying online "I can now see clearly why some comments are there" What happened to the truly personal relationship service by members by ownership of members being treated with the utmost of honesty before all else What happened since having changed from San Antonio Federal Credit Union to Credit Human As for me having had a membership with SACU since the 90's It's inexcusable to be a credit union of such disregard, if this is either a policy or not there needs to be policy either online, or within lobby and not subject to the discretion of a teller representing the credit union Never had such occurred to me ever, which is why I'm writing this lengthy message and complaint

Due to my job it restrains me from arriving earlier to this bank....So Online it says drive thru closes at 6p....get to bank at 5p...its closed and security guard is facing tellers not ever so slightly looking if anyone is trying to pull into the drive thru ...i had to honk my horn to get him to turn around...yet again no signage to inform people they close early...its the second time i was mislead by your company's website about the drive thru being open. And not to mention the tellers or should i say "one" teller is extremely slow. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee improve this bank's way of management or staff efficiency!! Unfortunately i didnt choose this bank for my car loan probably will never use this bank again...i cant even make an over the phone payment with this bank.

Clerks need to be a little bit faster and all three drive-thru should be open including the commercial Especially after the holidays Someone should monitor the drive thru everyday👎👎👎👎👎👎😣

This is actually an embarrassing thing to admit, but I washed my debit card along with my paper Member card. I called on the phone and a Rep told me that I can simply go to my nearest branch and request a new one (thank goodness). When going to get my new card the wait was kind of long, but in the end I didn’t have to do anything else and I was able to make a deposit without going through the drive thru.

I just wanted to say that every time I go in, everyone is super nice! Today I was feeling a little under the weather and I had to get a new card. Amanda helped me and did such a great job!! She was super fast and helpful!! She got me all settled in under 10 min. Thanks again!! Y’all always do a great job!!

Very bad service today and we weren't even seen, they took our name said be 30 minutes theres 2 people before and took phone number. We were waiting 45 minutes nothing, we left and never recieved a phone call. Yet we saw many many people in and out. I would not suggest this location go to one at Ingram mall area
