This company out to rob u blind , they claimed I had no insurance and once I got a hold of them to prove I did they had somebody take my car which I was never late on then tried to charge me $675 for a repo kuz I lived in Orlando , a car payment which was due in 3 weeks and a $75 processing fee. Don't do business with this company. Biggest crooks I've ever dealt with. I will be getting me a lawyer and reporting them to the BBB. Nowhere in my contract does it say that bs

My boyfriend jusy got a mervedez benz from ride now he had if since February and been making his payments on time after being only 12 days past due they reposesed the car with no notice for only being 12 days late. They called him to let him Know his insurance has elapsed and he needed to have insurance before they repoed the car. So he payed the 500 on insurance to prevent them from repoing the car and they repoed the car anyway from 12 days of a late payment. They are full of BS!!!! Dont ever buy a car from ride now motors!!! ever!!

NEVER working with these people again, BAD attitude do NOT know how to talk to people. had a car repoed after ONE missed payment claimed they auction the car off gave me NO noticed and then turned around and sent a 4000 dollar bal to my credit report WTH and says well we had no idea where u were living BUT they sent the notice to my old address and now claim the car is still in the auction yard not sold. NEVER working with these people again

repoed my car after late only 15 days!!!! when trying to make a payment befor they came and got it all of a sudden my card the same card I had been using wouldn't go through mind you my car was almost paid off. I ended up getting my car back but I DO NOT recommend ANYONE to buy from these frauds again

I have bought 2 car's through credit financial group now. And they have been great. Would recommend them to all friends and family. I buy my car at ride now motors right next door to them.

Please read the reviews and believe them. This place is the definition of unprofessionalism. They will screw you over and gladly do so. In the event you want to pay off your vehicle early ( to get away from this dump) good luck getting your title. They could not locate the title after paying in full. The women there have no idea what they are doing. By all means the BBB needs to shut this place down.

Credit Financial is great. They help with all needs one can expect from a finance company. As long as you communicate they will help. All ladies working there have great CS and very polite.

Never had a problem with them, paid off my husbands vehicle with them recently and overall was a good experience.

My boyfriend has a vehicle with them and they are a great company. They will try to work with you as long as you call and speak with someone about extending your payment.

Poor customer service! you could be on time with payments for two cars but the minute you are late they send someone to your door. I wish I would let you take my car ...... wait like said the first time ! I can't wait to trade in the car next month so I can get rid of credit financial losers !!
