Credit Central Laurens Rd, Greenville

First I would like to say I’m a repeat customer but I was with CREDIT PLUS. So I did my application online and Susan Dill called me within 20-30mins. She told me I was approved and gave me all the info I needed. I called back and spoke to Travis Williams and he was very helpful with confirming the info I needed. I called to verify they received all of my info and told me to come in when I got off. When I got to the office Karla McAlister greeted me by name and a beautiful smile. They had all of my paperwork ready to SIGN😱😳 I was so amazed. Thank you guys for helping me and being very professional.

I had started an account with them, Finished paying all my payments. There was one week where I had to make a partial payment and the week after I would have the rest. I had other bills that month, it happens. 💁🏽‍♀️ They should be willing to take what you have, some money is better than none and just falling completely behind....Next thing I know, they renewed my account saying i had to start over because of some BS reason, Something about...., “it would put me back on track.” (And I never walked away with another loan) When I asked about it and said that’s not what I wanted, that I wanted to be completely done with them, that I wasnt paying again I felt set up!! Some weeks went by...didn’t get any calls, emails, nothing. They have all my info, job info, etc. Later, I’m told they showed up at my mothers house, (not mine) and banged on her door in a way that frightened her. The SECOND time they showed up I had a conversation with the lady about them renewing my account, that I didn’t take out a second loan. I also mentioned the fact that when they showed up to my mothers house that day, to please not bother anymore because of the way they knocked so aggressively and also because I DIDNT LIVE THERE!! The lady then starts yelling at me, “I didn’t just bang on her door!!” As I was in the middle of talking back to her, telling her that “they have the correct information on me that they never should have even bothered my mom”...the lady then gets in her car as I’m talking and flips me the middle finger as she leaves my driveway!! Smh Credit Central is very unprofessional, and will set you up to try and pay more money. I was with Best Cash Loans located right beside them on Lauren’s Rd before I ever went to Credit central.. it shows on my credit how I had both loans, they where paid off, AND says never late. My credit has never been something I take as a joke. And I’ve never been disrespected the way I have with this company....and claims to be professional when their flicking “customers” the finger!!!!

What in the world is going on here? I have been a faithful customer of Credit Central for years always on time until I got behind on one payment. It was like a complete 180. All of a sudden I am receiving harassing phone calls, visits to my home by rude workers. Complaints to their corporate office don’t do any good. They pretty much blow you off and say they looked into it and it never happened. Then come to find out I was sent a “right to cure” according to them. I have NEVER received a “right to cure” from them. These are sneaky under handed tactics. When I pay them off I will never consider this place again. I advise all to stay away. Picking this place was poor judgment on my part.

Credit Central on Laurens Rd. Harassment Harassment Harassment. Bad company to borrow money from. Insane interest rate, poor customer service. Didn't believe it till it happened to me. I have had several loans with them over the course of about 5 years. Paid on time no problem. 1 month I got behind because work got slack. Called and told them I was going to be late (more then 10 days) making this months payment. First time being late in 5 years. The woman immediately gets nasty. Making rude comments about my financial situation. I was in shock. I couldn't believe it. So after that rude encounter which got nothing done. I thought it was over. I explained as soon as i got the money I would be in. At most another week. The very next day guess who is calling me at work? Credit Central. Asking me if I had figured out what I was going to do about my loan. Im thinking to myself " I just talked to you about 12 hours ago and told you what my plans where" but you call me the next day at work. So this is obviously just to harass and annoy me. Which is illegal in SC. Once again another nasty encounter and im off the phone. 3 days go by with no contact from them so I thinking maybe they are about to start treating me like a human. WRONG guess who is now making visits to my home? Credit Central!! this company specializes in trying to annoy people. When I get them paid off. Never again will I even think about doing business with them.

When I lost my job and fell behind on my payments they were not willing to work with me. When I started back working and told them when I could pay them the valls became worse. Harassed with phone calls & sending people to my home. The man they sent to my home violated the privacy act by giving information about my business with them to an unauthorized person. I had to threaten to call the police to get them to stop coming to my house. The worse decision I ever made dealing with these damn people. Don't do it if you don't have to.

I messed up and didn't pay my loan years ago ill own that but back in Feb I payed my old account off.... now this month they falsely reported I have an 1100 dollar balance because they "switched their systems" and dropped my credit score in the middle of trying to buy a house and was told I'll have to wait until Aug before the issue will be reported to the credit beareau I will never do business with this company again and plan on contacting the BBB...( update... they finally deleted me off their records hopeful this will not happen to anybody again)

This used to be a good company to do business with but that has changed in the past year! I've always had a problem with the fact they don't take online payments but always were my "go to" for extra cash because of how nice the staff used to be and how quick the service was..... I just recently started having problems with them. The way they do business and how they treat their customers is unfavorable and Idk what's changed besides the staff... l'll definitely be paying them off and never going back!!! Definitely lost my business!

Lol, all these people saying that they are getting calls and such are also telling you (or not telling) the key part, they aren't making their payment. If you are behind they will work with you, you just have to call. They are super helpful, the only reason a star is missing is because they don't have any type of pay by phone or online payment so you have to go up there. edit: they got pay by phone now

If you're in need of a little cash, this is the place to go! No judgements, very professional staff, quick and simple. They will do every singe thing they can to get you approved and if you call over the phone to give them all your information, they will have everything ready and prepared for you to pick up and go. This company doesn't hassle you with pass due payments either, if you get behind and life happens, they are willing to work with you. They stand out from the rest in my opinion and this is a company I will continue to do business with and recommend to my friends and family as well. The office is clean and professional looking, very organized which is something else I look for, plus all the ladies in the office are equally great to work with. Go check them out and refer your friends and family to them as well, they will give you $50 if they open a loan with them for each referral, even if you're not a client.
