I have nothing to say about this company but good things. I never dreamt I would own my own home with my credit situation and being a single mother of four. Jessica walked me through every step of the stressful process. It is a wonderful new beginning for my family. We finally have a beautiful home to call our very own!

Ignore the negative reviews (especially the misspelled ones). This is a great company made up of even better people. We worked with them in selling of our Wapakoneta home. From beginning to end, they were motivated to make the process simple, fast, and mutually beneficial. Jessica is patient, kind, and insightful. Everyone there at CHBS is courteous, respectful, and professional. We were able to sell our home for a fair price and it allowed us to move when life and professional demands required it. They spent a lot of time and money preparing and remodeling the home, and now it’s back available on the market as a home for a family to feel safe and sound, warm and protected. I would be more than happy to work with them again, and would advise anyone who wants to sell their home (or buy one) to check out their website, and reach out with questions.

Don't buy a house from these guys. They just throw it together to make it look good, and no one knows the problems they left unfixed. We had to completely fix our sewer and water lines just to have the same problems a year later. They don't care. They just want their money !

Dont even know where to begin with just how happy we are in our new home and thats all thanks to jess and the team at chbs!!! 2 years post dicharge of bankruptcy and we closed on our home today. They walk you through every single aspect of the purchase and made the process so easy. They worked with us from day 1 on becoming homeowners and were always there to help with anything. If you arent in the ebst financial situation or are rebuilding after a bankruptcy like we were, there are still options to owning a home and this would be my number 1 place to refer you too!

Worse place to by a home from! They may seem nice just to get you to buy the home. We were first home buyers and everything looked good. We were also told that the poeple they hired to do the fixes on the house before we bought it were professional. They are professional at hiding problems that need serious attention. 1 our fernace was leaking gas because instead of fixing the problems they painted over the duck work to cover up the rusted out duck work. 2 washer hook ups leaked. 3 all of the wiring through the house was just spliced and rerouted. 4 the water heater wont stay lite because of bad coupler and it was welded in place which should move freely, and that's just a few things. I had bought this house for 69,000 I have now put at least that much into fixing the problems. So I stress to anyone thinking of buying from these scammers don't enless all you want to do is work on a house because they don't want to fix things the first time.

Can I just say these people are chrooks... They do a have but repair on a house and what not and then when you move out all the half but repairs they do they finally “fix” once you leave with your deposit. DO NOT EXSPECT TO GET ANY OF IT BACK. They will charge you for everything. For example we got the house in a filthy mess and they clam they had a cleaning crew in to clean the house. Their was boot stains in the bathtub. We had pitches to prove it. We cleaned it up no big deal. Well we cleaned the house when we left and they they clam we didn’t clean even tho we spent hours cleaning the house. They are liers especially Jill she is very poor at her job. If you need a house go for it but don’t expect anything done unless it’s a leaking roof that’s abought all they fix.

Excellent customer service! They are more than willing to work with people of all credit types and are willing to help you get on your feet. Would absolutely love to work with Jessica again anytime!

These people are great and are some of the best people when it comes to good business and a caring atmosphere when it comes to finding the perfect home for you and your family!!! Would recommend anyone to them!!! :)

I bought a home first time from here and everything was Jerry rigged they buy cheap fix even cheaper save yourself the heart ache and do it the conventional way.

PLEASE get these homes inspected before you buy!!! We almost made a huge mistake.
