    They listed a car at 21k on their website and when I called, they gave me a quotation that added 4k worth of dealer's fee items and told me all dealers in Arizona do this. I would like to ask the "all dealers in Arizona" how do you feel about this? From the reviews below, it seems like I'm not the only person who experienced this. Just be careful.

    We purchased our vehicle from the previous owners of this dealership, but have continued to have them service our vehicle, which is still under warranty. When we do finally get the vehicle in for service, they seem to do a good job in correcting the problem we sought service for. However, my low rating is because it is incredibly difficult to contact them. There does not seem to be anyone to answer phone calls in the service department since each call we make is picked up by an answering machine, then forwarded to another answering machine. When one leaves a message, it sometimes takes days and multiple messages before anyone returns a call. If, by chance, someone does pick up the call, one is still forwarded to an answering machine in whatever department or service tech one has requested. This has happened multiple times when we have tried to reach someone because of a problem with our vehicle. Out of frustration, my husband often just goes to the dealership and has to wait around for someone to talk to, then make an appointment to bring the car back at a later date. This does not seem to be a practice that encourages consumers to want to use this dealership for either mechanical work or for buying another vehicle when one is treated in such a careless manner. I even tried the "text us" option that now appears on the website page. Someone did, in fact, respond within a couple of minutes, I gave her my request and asked for a prompt call back from a service technician, and now, as of 4 hours later, have not received any type of communication from the dealership. Very disappointing. I will be notifying Chrysler of my disappointment with this dealership.

    I would live to leave 5 stars because my experience with Anthony Blakes was amazing. However, the car I bought had just been traded in and was extremely dirty and had minor damage. They said to bring it back for detailing and for them to do what they do to cars when traded in to our on lot. I have trie for make two appointments within these two weeks since I’ve owned it and no word back. For a 2020 Durango it should have more care in checking and getting it cleaned for someone who bought it right away. Dissatisfied with the end result of my purchase.

    Incredible experience with Dan S. And the entire staff from sales to finance and post sales experience. Buying a car is scary typically and daunting, Dan helped guide me, was transparent from the beginning to the end and fought for what I wanted and needed. This is my new go to for any car from now on!     Workers were friendly and helpful. It did take over 3 hours for a oil change due to being short handed... which I should of been told about from the being.... but overall they handled it well. I'd go back again. *update. They rotated my truck tires without changing the tire pressure to the recommended tire pressure. I had to pull over with my 5th wheel hitched on and fix it on the road. Not safe at all. Nice one guys. 👎

    Once I decided not to have the repairs done at this time, I was treated like the evil step child. They offered to have lift pick me up at home he said he would order it at 7am. At 730 I texted a reminder by 810 I got my lift notice. THEY HAD PICKUP AT THE DEALERSHIP. I tried calling texting and finally at 830am I received a new lift notification. I told them yesterday it was extremely important to get my vehicle back at 730am. Due to my work schedule. It felt as if they did it on purpose. I will never take or purchase anything from them ever.

    DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. TERRIBLE SERVICE. My wife and I had our JEEP in and out of this shop over 6 times within a 5 month period. They had kept our vehicle for over five months at its longest point. We were constantly given the runaround about what was wrong with our vehicle. They even returned it back to us several times only for us to not be able to start it and when it would start it was smoking and shaking. We were constantly treated with disrespect and passed around to different members of their horrible customer service team and even when Chrysler customer care was involved (Jesse ) did absolutely nothing to rectify this situation on top of finally returning our car back to us five months later with all low tires, both the console and glove box taken apart and the car was filthy Along with no documentation of every part they tried to change and all the things they took apart on our vehicle to fix one simple problem which supposedly was the starter. I don’t believe that one bit. I’m absolutely disgusted with your company and I would never in 1 million years recommend somebody dealing with your company and the nightmare that you are. Still to this day you’ve done nothing to rectify the situation you’ve hung up on my wife and I several times and you’ve treated us like complete trash. This vehicle is two years old and should not have had any of the issues that we’ve already had with it. Do not purchase a vehicle from Jeep, Dodge, chrystler etc. I don’t know how you sleep at night with the way you do business and the families that you not only Put in unsafe situations but constantly miss lead and treat terribly. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! And they don’t wear masks. Trash.

    My husband and i had a very bad experience with HEGG. we stopped in and heard there was new owners and decided to give the dealer another try. Well things started out ok, finding a vehicle we liked. The problems started when we had john as a finance person who told us, businesses were closed and on Monday credit unions a would be open and he would contact them and get the best interest rate he could. Sunday, woke up and found scratches on the vehicle. On Monday i had to go to the dealer to get the second set of keys where i talked to Jeff Bonner a service person named Jeff. i was told Jeff would call me to set up a time to have the vehicle buffed out.I was also told by Jeff since the dead battery was replaced on the vehicle the battery light needed to reset and would take up to a week to happen. Well reading the manual that came with the vehicle. I found the service light was not the battery light but the start /stop function. My husband took the vehicle in on Wednesday and was told a second aux battery was also bad and had to be ordered. My husband again returned to the dealer to have the aux battery replaced. I advised him to ask about getting the scratch fixed since no one had called to schedule that to be done. My husband contacted Steve in service who was able to tell him the car needed to be send in be repaired not just buffed out like Jeff stated earlier. My husband also attempted to talk to the finance person, John, to find out who the loan company was and how well he was able to get a good interest rate, since we were still not informed of any of the information regarding our loan. John did finally call after my husband talked to the GM Jason John told me he only went through one finance company and that is ALL he would do. Getting a hold of anyone at this dealer i a cause for concern no one ever responds back. I would have never dealt with a company who would only go through one specific place for financing to be able to get you the best rate, instead of what ever the ONE company offers. We have also noticed, new owners yes, same old employees, same old problems.

    I REALLY wanted to give this place a 5 star, because when I FIRST came here in 2014 everyone was SUPER FRIENDLY! I would come in and everything was easy and everyone seemed like they were in a good mood. My family and I have purchased many vehicles here and the man we used to deal with was Ryan D. Ryan was always so helpful and always made sure we were taken care of.. Just recently they changed ownership (and it seems like staff as well). Now it seems like a chore to come in just for an oil change, things changed and change is good at times, but this change isn't very good... When I go in there seems to be some kids are just upset with life or just don't want to be there... I always seem to have a problem going in there now, and when I come to pick up my car I used to have to pay up front with the lovely ladies, but nope I have to go back outside and deal with the guys that are upset for God knows what...?? BUT there are some nice, helpful people that my step dad deals with, so I am grateful for that.. If you go here, just make sure you get the nice people to handle your car/needs. They do a great job with fixing my car though! They are getting 3 stars because of the few nice people that still work there and for Ryan D (even though he does not work there anymore).

    Dodge has the worst costumer service in the in industry. FACT -As soon as your car starts falling apart you will find out. Just like we did. If you want a vehicle made to last. Move to another maker. At just over five years. Three window regulators broken , outside window trim ripped off on the free way, heating and cooling sensor broken, door lock regulator broken, heating and cooling actuator broken. Dodge says sorry, you are beyond your warranty. Ask to speak with “Precious“ she and her manager will be sure to not help you. All managers at this location have also passed the buck and failed to follow through on anything. If you have days to wait for answers, call backs, You came to the right place. Unfortunately for me, I have to work to pay my car payments for my vehicle that is falling apart. If you have an expectation of quality, great customer service and a Vehicle or you can rely on. Pass on Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep - Too bad. Taking advantage of hardworking Americans, with junk vehicles. Hope they don’t need another bail out soon.
