I cant say enough about my experience with this company. They were very professional and the process was seamless and easy. On the 1st round, they were able to get over 13 accounts deleted, 35 late mortgage payments deleted, and 9 late student loan payments deleted. I am so glad I found this company. They are BEYOND amazing!!!

Not at all happy with the unsatisfactory results I have received. Cosmo credit does not stand by their money back guarantee. Nikko took our money and left the company. They are slow to respond and I haven't seen anything removed from my credit. Like most people we are busy and want their expertise to assist, but it's best to learn and do it yourself.

I started my file with Cosmo credit a little over 1 year ago. I had an extensive case and today it’s been reported that I’m in the 800’s with everything Deleted!!! Thank you so much to Gloria and her team! I now look forward to referring every client I can after seeing these results!

I’ve been with Cosmo since February of this year and let me tell you.....Gloria and her team are amazing!!! I had an old apartment haunting me on my credit report and Gloria and her team were able to get it removed off all 3 credit reports 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Not only that but my credit score has jumped tremendously! I know a lot of people are afraid to pay someone to fix their credit and thinks it’s better to clean it up on your own. I used to think the same thing until I met Gloria and the Cosmo team. I would recommend Cosmo to any and everyone I know, including strangers lol my sister has signed up, my fiancé and recently my uncle. If you’re reading this review and still have mixed emotions, I’m telling you don’t. Just give them a call and I promise you it’ll be the best decision you’ve ever made. If I could give negative stars I would. Save yourself the hassle and do not to business with these people or refer them. They are crooks who mess up your credit more than help. They disputed accounts that did not need to be disputed and never cleared up the mess they made. Don’t walk, run!!!! As of July 7th 2020, I am updating my review on this post as promised to reflect the service I received by Gloria, who is one of the managers at the Dallas office. After calling to let Gloria know of my issue with CCR not removing disputes on accounts that never needed to be disputed, which caused my closing date to be serval days delayed. Gloria informed me that I have to request that the remarks be removed which is why they were not removed. Which of course is interesting considering this is a credit repair company who advertises helping clients get into homes. Although my overall service with this company left much to be desired my experience with Gloria was top notch she listened to my concerns and worked quickly and diligently to help get the incorrect remarks of her counterparts removed. So although I will not be changing my star rating as I would have given negative ten stars if it was possible I think one star is fitting for my overall experience. If I had worked with Gloria or even spoken with her sooner as I was with this company “working” on my credit for over a year when I was originally quoted six months, and had asked to speak to a manger serval times throughout the process and was never once connected with Gloria, than I probably would have more stars to give. Unfortunately I was connected with a Gloria after too much damage was already done. Luckily Gloria was professional and stuck to her word and worked with me to fix a situation that should have never happened to begin with.

I highly recommend Cosmo Credit. They successfully removed old negative accts & inquiries from my credit report. I had a recent charge off which caused my score to drop 100 points. They successfully had it removed. I'm currently still working with Cosmo to have more negative accts removed. I'm impressed with how much they've accomplished in such a short period of time. Call for your free consult, you won't regret it.

I am still trying to figure out why this company has a 4.6 rating because it is clearly incorrect! This company was hired to help me in August of 2020. Three months went by and I saw absolutely NOTHING! They kept trying to blame it on the mail due to COVID and they finally admitted someone drop the ball. I gave them another chance to rectify the situation and still NOTHING! I finally realized this company is a JOKE! I would not recommended this company to an anyone!!

I was very nervous about starting this program at first. I figured it was a scam like others out there. But as I was going through the 1st stage of the program, Cosmo was able to get 65 percent of items on my credit report removed on the 1st go around. Vanessa is who I dealt with the majority of the time and is a tremendous person. She has always been extremely helpful with info,and finding out answers to my questions. I would recommend this program to anyone

Crazy result!!! 83% of my negative factors. On my credit score GONE!! The results pay for themselves, if you want to fix your credit and better your families life with that financial stability, wanting to buy that new car, or that house with the white picket fence??
