This was the best experience that I’ve ever had dealing with a lending company! I first contacted Chris on July 27,2017. He did the prequalification and once we were approved which was in 2 days we looked at 3 houses and put a contract in for it they accepted within a couple of hours and from there it was smooth. What I loved about the whole process is that they have a portal that you can monitor every step of the loan. Dio and his team helped us tremendously!
