Cornerstone Bank 45th St, Fargo

Not great service. Refuses to rectify errors or mistakes made, customer service is horrible. Gate City Bank is a much better choice with employees that actually seem to care and work with you. This place absolutely pales in comparison.

We use them for commercial lending. Compared to the national banks, they are complete rockstars here. When you call the bank you actually get a real person to talk to, and our banker is almost always available. Highly recommend!

We only ever use the drive thru to cash my husband's paychecks every week but everytime it is super slow service. It even takes awhile before the tellers greet you. Typically their will be one other car in the drive thru only and it still takes a good 15 minutes just to cash a check.

It is a good bank with good services. This review is based on a manager by the name of Michelle that certainly does not have any right being a manager.

Very disrespectful tellers, very slow service, mediocre bank. I ended up getting scammed on a $30 online purchase and asked for them to dispute it and they said that they weren’t able to because van the price was too low and two because they tried to contact the seller and they didn’t answer they told me to do it myself and contact the seller as if I already hadnt. Also Never remembers my name.
