    Had to close out an account due to a death. While it was tricky, and took some time, both the "corporate" assistance, and in-branch employees took great care of us. If this had been at a "big bank" we'd still be working on it. Thank you Jeremy and all the others that helped during a tough time.

    I go to the Surprise branch to use the shared branching because the entire staff has always been helpful and pleasant to work with. They are so patient and it’s nice to be greeted as I walk though the door.

    I am writing this review because I had THEE best experience with an amazing woman named Judy Richey. In the past 3 months I've purchased 2 BMW's. Once in July for myself and went through capital one finance. Last week I purchased another one for my wife and did indirect financing with Copper State. Wednesday I was on the phone for an hour with Capital One as they were charging me fees that weren't even valid I was so frustrated. The next day Judy called to introduce herself as my point of contact and offered to take a look at taking over my Capital One loan as well. It was an easy process, she was SO great to work with and I got in at a much lower rate! Judy really gave my wife and I an amazing experience and I can't wait till it's time to buy a home. I WILL be using Copper State. I hope Judy doesn't just do auto because she's my go to from now on!

    I have been a member of this bank since 2003, at the Surprise location and have always been extremely satisfied with the customer service that I receive. The employees always go above and beyond to make me feel appreciated. I would like to leave a great review for Angelique L, she made my visit exceptional with her great customer service, she listened, helped me with my request, and added a very nice personal touch to the conversation that showed she actually cared. I left with the same happy smile that I always have after visiting this bank location. Thank you all for being so awesome :-)

    I love this credit union. I have been a member for 6 years and had nothing but good experiences. I feel like I get the best rates and the best service. However, I went today and while waiting in line to speak to a clerk a man in a wheelchair attempted to open the front door. There is not a button to open the door, and it is very heavy and difficult to move. It's a very large and fashionable door but it becomes unwieldy if you are pushing a stroller or in a wheelchair. I held the door open for an elderly gentleman in an electronic wheelchair and I am sure that he would not have been able to open it without me assisting. The door swings out, it's on a hill so it kind of resists moving at all, and it weighs at least 15 to 20 lb. It's no problem at all for 36-year-old reasonably healthy woman like myself, but to anyone who has mobility issues it's an insurmountable mountain. When it was my turn with the clerk I asked her to report to the manager that the door needs either a button or some kind of adjustment to assist those with mobility issues. She said that she would put in the request but isn't sure that management would really hear her. Management/ownership, I am calling you out. This is an issue that needs to be solved, especially for a bank that exists around several large retirement centers. I'm sure that you didn't intentionally do this but it needs to be addressed. Do the right thing and think of a way for this door to work for everyone. Edit: I see that they have left a response that says they tried to contact me. I accidentally left this review on the Goodyear location's page and their manager promptly contacted me. I have not had anyone from this branch or Corporate reach out.

    I have been with Copper State Credit Union since its was Deer Valley CU for over 5 years now and they have always provided great and courteous service with all my banking needs. I especially like that there are no fee's on any accounts regardless of any balance, no sur charges and no monthly maintenance fees. I am glad that they have maintained the staff at the Surprise location, so I know what to expect every visit! Thanks staff!

    Loved every part of banking and benefits with copper State Credit Union been with them since they were Deer Valley Credit Union and they have only improved more and more. The tellers and staff of this branch or really nice and funny people who love what they do!!! 10/10 would recommend
