I've been using them for years and with different places I've worked and never have any issues... It's only common when going to cash at a place that has not cashed any of your checks before they will need to verify your check through the bank so if the banks are closed there's no way to verify the check which means they won't be able to cash the check they do this at places so they don't get burned because people are always cashing fake checks that are not legit. So remember if going make sure the bank is open so they can verify your check and cash it for you that's usually how it goes on any cash checking place. ✌️🍀🖖

Great customer service with the best rate. 2 weeks prior to my trip to the Philippines, I called them for Filipino pesos. They did not have it in the store so they ordered the amount I needed and I told them the day I would pick up. They not only had it ready that day I requested, but they called a few days prior just to confirm the order and amount. Additionally, I received some pesos that were a bit old so I went back the next day to Continental Currency and they exchanged my bills without a hassle. So appreciate the customer service. They will be my go-to place for my money exchange needs.

Got there after a long stressful day, at 445pm on Sunday. Tried cashing my payroll check and the rude lady gave me the judgmental look of dismay. Then she told me she did wasnt to do her job because she would have to verify the check and she didn't want to. Never have I ever walked into a business and had a person tell me no I'm not going to do my job but have a good day. ...wow.

I would give a negative number if I could. The girls that answer the phone "Janet" and her supposed supervisor are unable to conduct themselves in a manner you would think a customer service rep would. Upon asking if the emails with copies of requested docs were received (sent 3.5 hours earlier & not bounced back) I was told no. After asking for her supervisor, I was told she was out to lunch. Now, of course they knew I was calling from another state and would be driving for 5 hours to reach them so basically they could tell me anything they wanted. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO ANY AND ALL ORGANIZATIONS I CAN FIND TO DO SO. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I ENJOY EXPOSING SHITSERVICE COMPANIES.

Worst services ever. 🙄 They have a really bad attitude plus they charge you to much to change a check. ✌🏻And she tried to say that my check was fake. 🙄

Please save your time and patience by not going there, especially cashing a check...I dunno what these people's problem is? First day cash a check and then the next day it's different, they do a 360 on you and say no! Then they are compulsive liars and start making up stuff.. better to go to a big box store like Kmart or Walmart, it's a standardize process...run the the check thur the machine and no guess work or "storying telling" hahaha
