    Andigo was 5 stars, they merged with Consumers and ever since ot has been nothing but a pain. Can I give ZERO stars? I've had this account 24 years... pretty long. I will be closing it today along with the kids accounts too. The straw that broke the camels back? If I make more than 6 online mobile savings transfers, I am charged 5 dollars each. UNLESS I go to an ATM and make the transfer OR go in person to make the transfer. Shouldn't a credit union make my life easier not harder? UGH.

    Was able to refinance my car loan at half of what I was paying from dealership. And great rate on credit card. Free checking also. After trading in this car told dealership I had financing through the credit union. They worked with them but some figures were more than what was told to me by credit union. I was told that I should of been on the phone with them when sitting with financing because they are a separate office that deals with dealerships. So I was charged $199 more for my gap. And dealership at Rays took it upon themselves to give us their extended warranty which was 1000 more because they said it uses Original parts. Disappointed that it couldn't be changed.

    Was not allowed to do business in my own bank. I have a mortgage, two accounts and auto loan but cannot enter the building without a face-diaper. Masks shouldn't be worn in banks. Unsafe. Not cool.

    What’s the point of going into a bank too just simply deposit a check if I have too sit and deal with a computer screen. The lady working the machine was very helpful but if I wanted too be talking through a screen I would have stayed home.

    Worst financial institution ever. Just moved to another institution after seven years and lots of headaches. Wish I had done it sooner. Consumers refused to give me an auto loan for $20k, but another financial institution said yes to a $50k no problem and I had the vehicle paid off in two years. Not to mention every time to try to call, nobody answers and you have to wait for a callback, which always seems to come one or two full days later when you’re working with no ability to call that individual again—just have to get back in line for another call back. When you go to atms, your transactions will be declined as fraudulent. When you get aggravated with not having access to your money and finally get ahold of someone to ask that they stop flagging your atm transactions, they will tell you they can’t because they’re done with security algorithms. F*** this bank.

    Had my car payment set to automatically take out $202 for the loan. My last payment was $2.08. Yes 2 dollars 8 cents. They still took out 202 and i have yet to get the rest of my money back. Will be contacting a lawyer soon, can’t just take money i don’t owe, that’s called stealing which is illegal. Even though I called yesterday and someone said they would fix it, they never did and i just got overdrafted. Prepare for my lawyer guys you really blew it.

    A fine place to bank as long as you DON'T need to contact them about anything! Spent 45 minutes being transferred between departments to have a couple basic questions answered about a transaction on the account. Then was hung up on!!!!

    I had my checking account number stolen online. I called CCU and they gave me a new checking account number. CCU told me, my Disability Check would go to the new account and I didn't need to call Social Security, stolen #'s happen all the time. I called Social Security since my Disability Direct Deposit was not Deposited on the 4th on June. CCU had the payment from Social Security, but did not Deposit my money. CCU returned it twice to Social Security. I do not recommend a Bank or Credit Union that cannot do simple tasks for the consumer!

    Why only 2 stars? The employees at the branch are great. But, if you ever need to call anyone with a question or a problem, they go out of their way not to give access to calling your branch. Instead you go to some call center that takes several minutes going through automated prompts that hopefully gets you to the right person and then has you on hold for 10+ minutes. (I've had to wait much longer than 10 minutes) It's very annoying and not very good customer service. Credit Unions are supposed to be more customer oriented than banks. That's not the case here.

    The lady up front was rude. Kept insisting that I use a virtual teller. Which I said no, I don't want to do that and she was just standing there doing absolutely nothing besides staring at the wall. And she said she'd make an "exception". All "exceptions" aside don't have tellers if you're going to have the tellers direct customers to a computer. If I wanted a computer I would've stayed at home on got on mine.
