I recently paid off my truck 5 months early on a 32 month loan. In their truth and lending agreement, it was stated that I was entitled for a rebate for paying the balance off early. They ripped me off saying that the majority of the interest is paid toward the start of the loan. So the legally binding contract of getting money back for paying early is wrong then? Stay away from this place, you will get scammed!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with CPS. They always understand when I need extra time to make my payment. I’ve been using them for almost 3 years and have no complaints. Staff is always understanding and compassionate when I have questions. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

Unbelievable that the owner or overseer of this company has still not rectified the issues with his extremely rude and ignorant employees! They fail to understand that without customers, they'd have no jobs! The office manager is beyond rude, unprofessional, and condescending. She speaks to people like she has sole authority, and realistically she is self appointed! These people issue fraudulent loans that they can't even explain when asked. Contact the better business bureau, or the consumer protection bureau. Also check your contract for Illinois Banking Commission! Enough is enough!! Good luck

They are stealing from me. I currently have a loan with them that I took with my dad. I’m the first signature in the paperwork and my dad is the co-signer. My dad took a second loan with them and apparently he hasn’t been making any payments on his second loan, the loan were he’s by himself. This agency thought it was a good idea to take money from the account were I’m making payments on time. My dad doesn’t live with us anymore and we don’t have any contact with him. The agency said that they have the right to move money from two different accounts.

Please Read!!!!! Run far away from this company. The owner Christie at the time I dealt with them are horrible. When I filed for chapter 13, I was under the protection of the courts, but the owner still wanted me to make payments and stated several of her customers pay her even while in bankruptcy. She is horrible and an investigation need to be launched into this company. Just because you are the owner, there are still laws to follow. If you decide to do business with this company you will be sorry.

Terrible customer service. No clear line of communication among employees. I had to make three trips to give them the same piece of information. I'll give credit to the woman who attended me first who was generally nice to my wife and I. Then the "owner" lady had the audacity to rip my application to shreds just because I complained about her staff wasting my time. In a professional world you would want to keep someone's business not loose it. First rule of costumer service? Customer is always right.

Very unprofessional staff. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. They are always so rude . Tried to pick up my husbands car for being a month late . They even changed his car payment due date without even telling him.Is that even legal? They have also left personal information that is suppose to be kept confidential out in the open . We will definitely be seeking legal actions for this fraudulent company.

One day I walked in to make a payment 2 days before it was due, all I had was my bank card, so the lady who was taking payments that day told me very nicely that they didn't take cards. That they only took cash or checks, and she informed me I could pay over the phone, all I needed was the routing number. so I said ok well if i cant come back with cash I will call and pay through the phone. But she didn't explain anything else. So then I called to make a payment, and gave them the routing number and my card number. Next thing you know they are calling me because they claimed I gave them the wrong information. i returned the call and the lady I spoke to was rude since the beginning, when i was explaining the reason of my call she very abruptly interrupts me to ask what my name is, then she said I needed to give them the check number associated with that routing number, so I said ok no problem, and that's were things went wrong. She asked if i could go in so they could verify that the check was real and accurate. I told her i couldn't, than she got really upset and told me to basically stop what I was doing so i could go and make that payment in person in a very rude loud voice. And well of course I got very upset, I told her that I couldn't and she started to yell at me and talk over me, I told her that what kind of customer service was that yelling at me the customer. Well anyway she basically told me to shut up and let her finish talking. So I didn't of course!! No one tells me to shut up!! Specially when I know I am right and I am contributing to their business. So I asked to speak to the manager and to my luck she said she was the manager. So I just decided to hang up on her because she wouldn't stop yelling at me through the phone over a her employees mistake, by not giving me the accurate information. So does anyone know how can i report this to bigger officials because I want something done about this mistreatment I received on 7/30/15.

They are thieves!! they are so unprofessional.. they run your credit with out your consent, another exp of how bad it is too do business with them is that if you have a loan with them and you co sign a car for a friend they will also repo your car that never had anything to do with them. they constantly call you non stop, they harass you at work after you already gave them a date when you were making a payment, there customer service sucks, the girls there feel they have some authority over you, cause they are extremely rude!! never again will i do business with them, or refer any one to them.
