People are so rude here. They will hang up on you and answer with an attitude. Called to verify payment due date and was told the date followed by "is that it?" There are plenty of good people looking for jobs so they should really evaluate their staff!

I have used Consumer Financial services for the past few year, I had 3 loans with them. One is paid off, another is about to be paid off. The owner has always worked with me with regards to payments, and has always explained my options and choices and has even come up with alternate ways of setting up my loans that allowed me to decrease my monthly payments. Not sure why they get such negative reviews at this location, perhaps they are unhappy people that can't pay their bills on time?

Don’t do any business with these people, one of the worst mistakes I’ve made in my life doing business with them. Terrible service, like others have said, you ask for the manager and they always say he’s busy. Finally got to talk to him and he was a complete jerk. They don’t care about any of their customers.

Always easy and fast to make my car payment. The ladies that are on the front desk are always nice and very helpful.

They sure are frauds, they will take money from your checking with out you giving them authorization for the payment . You call to speak to the manager and they will tell that his busy at the time and he will not call you back.NO START

Worst service around never come to this place they will find a way to get more money out of you.
