I had a lay off and medical bills around 2015- I was fighting to keep my house, pay credit cards, medical, find a job. CCCS helped me save my home and get debt under control. I could never thank them enough and still keep in contact.

I was referred to their Community Credit Counseling as I was in need of serious help with my finances and encouraged by their secretary when I called who told me of all the wonderful "options" they had to offer. So I paid $20 I couldn't afford for a 10-minute conversion with their "counselor" whose only advice was "get a job" (and then they refused to refund my money!). All I can say is I wish I had her job! Another useless top-heavy grant-funded program with no accountability. I don't know bout their other programs, but don't waste your time or money on their so-called credit counseling.

Awesome experience great knowledgable staff and advisors every question I had was answered the online appointment was convenient my paperwork was sent by email I signed and set up to rebuild my credit I recommend to anyone with any questions or debt / financial issues they'll answer all your questions and give you the best options for your situation.

Great intake. Honest people trying to help people budget, get out of debt, and make better choices. Staff and counselor were very supportive and understanding.
