This place is good.I would like to give it a 5... but not everyone is like that one nice petite lady. She can handle people. She not rude.. shes very nice. I'm not a very bubbly person, but I wouldn't be rude to others, especially if they are not being rude to me. One day I ask for change to a particular lady there... instead she said "we don't give change here." Hello! it's a check place. I can't get change but you can sale cigarettes or lighters. Get out of here! Or one chick was all rude to me because I Asked if I can get a money envelope. She responded that the envelope cost 1.00 I responded "oh no, I'm sorry! I meant the other one. She responded all rude "we don't have any." So many rude folks that sometimes works there. I try to avoid them.

That place location is the best from others locations. Example, the one located in new Britain ave is terrible, poor customer service or assistant, very difficult to deal with some particular woman there. "There's not bussines when she is available" Thanks

I went in cashed my checks two of thm I asked the teller if she can also give m a money order she sd to m she couldnt and tht I would have to gt back in line she was rude obnoxious she looked like she needed a man in her life she was very very rude store #8 Teller 401

Very polite and customer friendly young lady. Explains the process if you’re a new customer. Better than any other location I’ve been too.

Completely unprofessional they open up whenever time they want to and are always rude Spanish lady always have a attitude will never do business there again
