    DO NOT TRUST THE EMPLOYEES KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING? #communityamericacreditunion Everyone needs to protect their family from Community America Credit Union! Do not trust that you are filling out the correct paperwork for what you are needing to have done. Make sure that you get as many employees as possible at the bank to review before you leave. My dad and I were there for 4 hours trying to get this taken care of, and then to find out that she didn't know what she was doing and what paperwork needed to be filled out. When my dad knew he wasn't going to be here much longer, we went to the N Oak and 152 branch to have Power of Attorney and ADD ME AS JOINT ON HIS ACCOUNTS, not just as POA. He did not want anything to go through Probate, he didn't want me and my sister to have to go this. After alerting them that my dad passed away and taking them a copy of the Death Certificate, paying for the funeral from his account, making deposits for items sold from his house, multiple transactions, they are now telling me today that they cannot give me any information on the accounts. I cannot make any deposits or any additional transactions. Athena did not do all the paperwork when we were there on July 3rd, therefore, I have to go through Probate. When I brought in the Death Certificate, no one gave me any of this information. The manager just kept telling me today that she can't do anything about it, she wasn't here when my dad made these requests. Everyone needs to be held accountable for their actions and Managers need to make sure that their employees are trained. How can we trust a bank that had told me that me and my dad filled out all the necessary paperwork and there are no worries, and now to find out that Athena and the other person, who gave me a Debit Card after my dad passed away, knew what they were doing? We cannot trust that they know what they are doing. Please beware!

    this bank is horrible i waited over an hour to receive an IMMEDIATE deposit through cash app and then i waited over an hour for a check to deposit. this bank is awful and i do not recommend it. this is NOT the first time this has happened

    Great location and easy access. We had business recently inside the bank and the young woman (Audrey) who helped us was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the woman (Heather) who helped my wife on the phone was great! We appreciate all of their help!

    Very Poor Service. Only one teller working with another that joined in with her were just chatting with a customer for at least 10 minutes while they just let a huge line of people build up. They didn't even bother to look over and to say anything to all the people in the line, they just continued to chat. Other customers in line started making comments about how they only had one teller doing anything. I just switched to this credit union, not sure if I made a good choice. We'll see. Looks like there have been other reviews with the same experience.

    I see several bad reviews from very demanding entitled and whining people who must believe they have royal blood to deserve the world. This is a great credit union with great people serving the customers. It's the best financial institution I've dealt with.

    Dunno why they seem so busy but maybe it's because they stand people behind the counter watching one person run it to seem like they're busy doing..... also not letting you cash a check that's over a $1000 the drive-through is on heard of, so you have to park go inside re wait in line[30 min) and as soon as you get up there and inform them that you want your check cashed they randomly want 2 forms of ID from you. So I go out and get another form of id. That was expired at that and gave it to her. She didn't even look at it. Like it was a game they play. Then they proceed to tell me the check didn't match their account holders signature...... WHAT..... are you that bored. With 13 people behind me she calls the account holder over 1800 bucks...... then once that's all settle and they realized I wasn't trying to steal their money they crashed my check and charged 3 dollars....... 3 dollars to cash your own check? What is going on here.

    I am unfortunately one of the many many people that have gotten their account scammed by a skimmer. I noticed it quickly because of the easy and useful online banking app. After notifying them they immediately put the money back in my account. I then went to my local branch and they printed me a new card in about 5 mins. I noticed it monday and had a new card on tuesday. The day before i leave town for the holiday. I have accounts at 4 different banks. Community america is BY FAR the best of them all. I know people reading this are saying that all banks do that. I can tell you that is not true and the ones that do make you wait 10 days for your card. I have never had a bad experience with this bank. Especially at the north oak branch. Thanks to everyone at community america for making a very bad experience a much better one. Thank you Shani for interpreting my babble and knowing exactly what to do. To the person who stole mine and the banks money. Karma is coming for you punk.

    I've never had any trouble at this branch. Everyone is very nice and accomodating. My sister-in-law visited and needed to deposit a check. They did it no problem, and she was impressed that my bank gives me cookies whenever I visit!
