Community First Credit Union Point Meadows Way, Jacksonville

I just want to say that this is the most personal bank the kindest like you guys should have a party and everybody would know each other kind of Bank. Mary is always there for me ,, andres is like a little brother I always get a big smile - then there was AJ he cheered me up one day when I was checking on loan and he didn’t even know it - Mariah the other young girl is always alote of help,, I can not say enough about your bank thank you and it’s not the bank it’s the people ❤️❤️❤️

Jose greeted me with a pep to his step and I didn't even have to worry about finding help. Exactly what I'm looking for just so timely! I just moved and Nate Robertson is the definition of an ideal banker. The man didn't even stutter. Fast and precise with his process and explanation. Gave solid advice about every aspect of my situation. I couldnt even find something to complain about. Thats how good it was! Not even joking. Whatever he's getting paid IT AINT ENOUGH. Take notice Nate or you'll lose him as an employee! Find Nate and promise you, you'll get taken care of!

For the most part I have enjoyed banking at Community first for the last 13 years. The tellers are always courteous and friendly, and the savings rates are comparable to other CU's in the area; however I was really disappointed recently when I needed to have a document notarized (for a land sale), and I was refused. I took the document to another nearby CU and they did it with no charge and no hassle. Not enough reason for me to leave, but disappointing nonetheless.

My first time in a branch yesterday involved me a forgetful customer, and CFCU being incredibly helpful to me. I have a car loan with them, and would recommend to anyone.

What a great place to bank! I have banked with several financial institutions, but by far, the most professional and effective service comes from Community First Credit Union, particularly from the branch manager, Jose Angulo. We're coming out of a pandemic (hopefully) and I decided to move my business accounts to Community First, Jose was able to seamlessly open my accounts, get everything activated and show me ways to save money...as an entrepreneur, I like that. Not only that, but he's also followed up with me to ensure everything was operating as I liked. As a realtor, I appreciate relationship building and Jose demonstrates that and definitely goes the extra mile for his clients. Thank you!

The staff at all Community Firsts are really friendly but their website is abysmal. If you're a gray hair who likes going into the bank for every transaction this aging bank is for you. If you like online/mobile banking, you will be very, very disappointed. I can't believe they are so behind the times, it actually worries me how they are protecting my data when their website is so dated and has so many issues. On top of all that, their rates are terrible so all you're getting is back to the friendly faces. Do you really just want friends at your bank or do want good rates, accessibility, and ease of access to your money? Guess that's up to the consumer.

One of the nicest things about the Credit Union is you don't feel like you are being pressured to sign up for a product that you really don't need. I've been coming to this location of Community First Credit Union for almost 5 years and the staff has been the nicest people that helped me with anything. Joni at the front desk is a great person to talk to about our daily lives. The tellers and the Member Solutions Rep like Aaron will explain everything before an account is opened. I like that every one is human and not stressed out about their jobs. One time someone at the branch made a mistake, and they admit their mistakes and fix it. Hard to find people who owed up to their mistakes. If you hate the high pressure bank environment who attempts to guilt-trip you an opening new products, come to a Credit Union. This branch is nice and welcoming, and that comes a long way.

I’ve been banking with Community first for many years and was hesitant on switching from a traditional bank to a Credit Union. I’m a Busn professional and the demands are challenging and meeting those are crucial to success. Community First Credit Union has always been more than willing to help. My experience with them has always been fast, courteous, professional, personal service. The Baymedows Branch especially Jose Angulo Manager and all the staff there has been exceptional above any expectations I had, each and every time on all levels of regular and Busn Banking. His continual support and encouragement along with his willingness to take the time to answer questions to offer suggestions as if it was his choice, helping me with those important decisions. I have been a member with CFCU for about 2 years now and never had a situation where I really need help. I deposited a check and it was placed on hold. Stephanie went above and beyond by calling and verifying the check and she made sure I had enough funds to cover an incoming debit. Today the Asst Branch Manager Stephanie provided a solution and displayed great customer service and professionalism. I definitely recommend this financial institution.

This bank is terrible, I had a very unpleasant experience with them and have decided to close my relationship years of being with them , the customer service has gone down significantly at this location. I would strongly not recommend doing business with them.
