We do all of our banking with Community First Credit Union, they're always great. Then they introduced me to Rich Ruybalid. Rich helped us refinance our first mortgage, and he helped us get our new Home Equity Line of Credit. Rich made the entire process very simple and trouble free. Rich told us what he needed and then he went to work getting it all done. His communication was excellent when they needed something he let us know and next thing we knew it was all done. Five stars all the way.

I don’t recommend this bank. I just checked my bank account and it’s shows I paid my loan on time . Yet I get a delinquency letter today with a late fee..... Getting a loan? Make sure to triple double check that the staff responsible for ACH actually did it. This is my third car loan through this company and they failed to process my ACH again. This is the fourth time this has happened due to banker negligence. I am fuming that this has happened again and I’m getting delinquency notices in the Mail. No phone call to follow up. No check ins. No confirmations. I called and emailed to make sure the ACH was good for my car last month after they forgot to put it in and was told me it will be good for January and it wasn’t. I get another notice saying it's not paid again. Even though I was told they found the ACH document but they never processed it but they will this time and it still hasn’t happened. The fact that this hasn’t happened so many times is not just a mistake but its looking like community first credit union does not know how to process let alone handel time sensitive information. Things like this get reported negatively on your loan and to credit Union. It will effect your needs in the future. Making a mistake once is understandable, but three or now four times? I will not re loan at this bank nor do I suggest anyone to come here for important needs. Get it together

Loan representative was great! She’s very thorough, quick, and responsive to all our questions. She relieved all of my worries. Working with this bank was super easy and will definitely being doing more business with them.
