Community Choice Financial Nw 79th St, Miami

The employee by the name of Kevin was very unprofessional and rude, he appeared very irritable when he was asked to explain their check cashing and check verification process policy he states they have in place. When I spoke with him over the phone regarding a check I attempted to cash, he told me I could go to another location. I also felt discrimination against, being that all of the information needed to verify where the check was issued from was over-looked, yet he still insisted on more information (whatever that is) he also asked for my full social security number in which I wrote down on a sheet of paper, in which he never returned it’s way too much fraudulent activities going on nowadays for me to trust anyone with my sensitive information, especially with someone who exemplified such unprofessionalism like Kevin did today. I reached out to cooperate office to file a complaint about my experience at Community Choice as I have been going there for years and have never witness and/or experience such disrespect and unprofessionalism like I did today. I’ve asked that someone from the cooperate office follow-up with me regarding this incident, they assured me they would, and that the compliant would be escalated to a cooperate manager to address what took place on today. Rest assured I will be calling them back if I don’t here anything within 3-days to see if this poor customer service issue has been addressed and to ensure me “the customer” that such treatment will not happen again.

Was not happy at all about the clerk keeping my License and never handed them back to me. She called my phone twice to pick up my License. When I get there the young lady "ACT" like she didn't speak good English and start asking for the name of the person that helped me. #1 one in that place have name id's to be identified,#2 then I asked the clerk for the manager who she said they do not have one on sight on Sundays. Please people be careful with your personal information when going to this store because they do keep your id's and other personal information. And that's how identity theft happens. From the inside! I also have a problem with walking into a lot of store in MIAMI and no one speaks ENGLISH... Is this AMERICA or NOT???

Horrible customer service. Racist and ignorant staff. Applied for a loan and not just to be told no but to have one of your employees throw my paperwork and phone back at me roughly . I will be coming in to speak to a manager Everyday until I get this resolved

Oh my gosh this place was really helpful the tellers are super nice, i cashed my income tax check a few months here the teller was extremely attentive certainly they are costly, but evey check cashing store is,they looked out for me though.doing all my services here now

I was here last week to pay electric bill. The service agent deliberately tried to keep my change. Very dishonest.

They supposedly close at 5pm on Sundays but they lock there doors 5 minutes before 5pm.
